Just received our queen mattress yesterday and slept on it last night. We have the medium for firmness. I'd describe ours as more as medium-to firm. Great night's sleep - very comfortable and well made. We're happy with this purchase

Outstanding Mattress for the price. Just the right amount of firmness but fits snugly embraces all the body's curves. The only problem with this mattress is that you may not want to get out of bed.

This mattress is wonderful!! First good night of sleep in months. We both woke up rested with no back or knee pain. Should have gotten this a long time ago. Came well packaged. If you need to get some excellent sleep. You have to try this mattress - you will not be disappointed.

DREAMY! We purchased two more expensive mattress only to return for these. We are not fans of memory foam and this is a true hybrid. We choose a king split - (2) twin XL, one plush and one medium. Heavenly! The plush is very soft and the medium is on the softer side as well. Personally, I do not feel the “cooling” aspect, but they are not hot like most memory foam. Fluffed up in a couple hours and slept on them same day. Hopefully they will hold up overtime, but you cant beat the price! Highly recommend!

Wow! I was super worried about purchasing a bed online without trying it out. I have to say this is a great bed. we bought the firm version and it is perfect. It has all the features of a bed 30-40% more expensive. The firm bed is perfect for me (side sleeper, 200lbs, 6'5) The part that really sold me is Sam's return policy. They let you return at any time with no restrictions. I didn't return the bed because it was perfect, but I felt sure with my purchase!

This is a great mattress if you are a side, or back sleeper. We went with the Medium and it is more on the firm side which is what we were hoping for. Other reviews seem to describe this so that is how we made our decision. This is very supportive and supportive right to the edge of the mattress. This does not seem to get that warm and we did end up putting a mattress topper on it since my wife like a softer top. It really did not change much in my opinion since they just squish down to the actual mattress. Yes I would recommend this. I am 59 and a hard worker with the normal aches and pains that come with hard working and I definitely get a good nights sleep.

Comfortable. This was just right for a good night's rest. We love our new mattress.

Bring a buddy to lift with you as it is heavy. But install is very easy.

Great mattress for a great price

I would not recommend this mattress. It was shipped in oblong box torn and tossed. No label of top or bottom of mattress all wrapped in an abundance of thick tight plastic. Very heavy oblong cardboard box and rolled so much it was giving away and becoming rounded. Very difficult for 3 people to pick up and move. FEDX had difficulty also. The mattress has NO springs in the side edges of the mattress where you would sit on the side of the bed. If it does you cannot feel them and they do not support you. There are coils and springs in bottom of mattress where your footboard is at. These coils and springs are lumpy bowed out and hard bowed buldged on the side of the cloth of mattress. The mattress itself took much work to get it open out and placed on the bed. It smells like high amount of paint or chemicals has been poured into the room where it on the bed at. This is day 2 and the smell with a fan on and the windows open is overwhelming and cannot be good for you at all. This mattress soft touch and the material top covers are beautiful. The material and the quality of this mattress is wasted money. I would never recommend it to anyone. The struggle of it all and the quality that you paid for is NOT worth it. I am very disappointed and referred others to be members of Sams. This mattress is not Sams Members quality at all. To send back or take back this mattress is out of the question. I would have to buy box and No Way you can roll this mattress back up. Get 3 or more men to get it out of my home and then carry in what a trailer back to the store or Van. Very disappointed to say the least. Home smell is not worth your time for this mattress either. I will never buy another rolled up mattress in a box.
