Incredibly mushy, zero support. We put it on an adjustable platform and it was terrible, we are just waiting for a replacement mattress to then return this mattress… Definitely look elsewhere.

Just received our queen mattress yesterday and slept on it last night. We have the medium for firmness. I'd describe ours as more as medium-to firm. Great night's sleep - very comfortable and well made. We're happy with this purchase

We have had this mattress less than 3 Months and it already has dents where we sleep. The one side never even rose all the way full so there is a slant Off the side

Pleasantly surprised with this mattress. I was skeptical to purchase a box mattress but I'm definitely glad I did. The medium firmness is great to sleep on. We let it set up for 2 full days and it's so comfortable, soft and cool.

Very comfortable and affordable mattress! Bought for our camper and fit great. 2 people plus a 70 lb dog. Couldn't ask for a better deal in today's economy.

Neither of us are overweight, yet the mattress already is sinking after less than 2 months of use. Not even sure how to return it, still trying to figure that out.
