Comfy and supportive. I will have to break it in a bit but it gives the support I need.

Great Mattress

Mattress is as hard as a rock. Trying to get a hold of someone to return it has been an absolute nightmare. Sam's customer service is awful. Serta's customer service is worse. Call and get a message that they are in a team meeting and then call disconnects. Absolutely horrible. I don't think I will continue my Sam's membership after this terrible experience.

Extra firm is correct and that is what we wanted after a firm mattress not providing good support after a couple years.  Of course, we will have to wait and see how it holds up. The construction says more support in the middle and that is what I need. For comfort we have a basic bed topper and heavy matters cover with some softness. That has worked well for both a heavier and lighter weight person. Great side support and solid construction.
