[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After sleeping on the mattress for over a week I have to say this mattress takes some getting used to in how firm it is. It has virtually no give when you get on to it. The first couple nights I didn't sleep too well, since then my body has gotten used to it and I have been sleeping a lot better. It is a very tall mattress but still works with regular sheets. You will barely notice any movement from your partner with this mattress which is great and a big change from my prior mattress. The mattress itself looks and feels very high quality and looks like it will last a long time. If you buy a extra firm model just make sure you and your partner really want your mattress to be very firm and not sink into it at all. I ended up purchasing a mattress topper for it because my wife doesn't like the firmness as much as I do. Overall I would recommend this Beautyrest though.

The mattress height surprised me since it's a lot taller than my previous mattress. However it still fits standard sized sheets. It just makes it a higher bed than I was used to.

Upon first look you can tell it was a great quality, solid built mattress. We both have back issues, and we are feeling better after sleeping on it. We haven't felt this well rested in years. The mattress is firm, but extremely comfortable. We are both very happy with this new mattress. I would recommend this mattress if you have any aches and pains or even just like a firm matress.

This mattress was great when I first got it. Unfortunately it has started to sag badly causing me back pain. I financed this bed with base for 5 years and I am only a year and a half in and having problems. I would try to warranty it but the sag isn't technically deep enough to qualify. Because of my back pan I am probably going to end up buying another mattress while still making payments on this mattress which is very frustrating.

I am a back sleeper so I need the firmness, but not too firm as I still enjoy plush softness. This mattress gives me both! It is very comfortable and will give our guest some extra space. My hips were sore the other night so I thought I would try the new mattress. I have a medium pillow top Silver BRS900C. At first I thought it was a bit hard, but then settled into it. I got one of the best night's sleep I have had in a long time, and my hip was without pain in the morning. I have spent several nights on it over the past week and am thinking of making it the master bedroom mattress.

My biggest complaint about the firm mattresses I've tried is that it felt like I was sleeping on the floor! But the Beautyrest mattress is different, it's firm but also cozy! I can lay on it and feel comfortable and that makes a huge difference to me. I definitely feel the support! My back is a fan!
