Disappointed
Purchased this mattress that was delivered 11/21, and I am not pleased with the firmness. Owned a tempurpedic since 08 and it had gotten too soft. Used plexiglass/lexan to help ease my back pain for several years, and looks like I need to add it to this one also. My back has ached since purchase of this "not so extra firm" mattress. Also the delivery date was NOT what was advertised "before" purchase

Not "Ultra Firm"
This mattress is NOT ultra firm. Yes, they've branded it as ultra firm but there's a layer of "plush" soft material on top of the firm part. The problem is, this top layer is super low quality. I'm a 220 pound guy which isn't overly heavy and Im literally sinking 6 inches into the mattress a week after purchase. There's a valley where I sleep already! So if you need a firm mattress that you actually sleep on top of, and not sink into, look elsewhere. I'm surprised how low quality this mattress is. Ignore the reviews saying how great this thing is... It's not!

Excellent high quality firm mattress
I bought this after trying another mattress which said firm but was not firm. Me and my wife are extremely happy with this mattress. It provides great support, does not sink in and is firm. It also has small cushioning kind of top which does not make it feel like a rock. Definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a good FIRM mattress.
Horrible Mattress Set, Poor Customer Service
Worst mattress set that I have ever purchased in my life! It felt a bit harder than I anticipated but my husband liked it for his back. We took delivery of the set in early July 2023 and by early December my husband said his side of the bed was causing him back pain. I too felt some discomfort by February. So we turned the mattress and believe me this was no small feat for to seniors in their 70’s. By March, we were awaking with serious backaches. We noticed that the mattress was sagging on the edges! I called Beautyrest customer service to explain our dilemma. We were told by the representative to take a picture of the mattress, which was reasonable. We were instructed to then remove the mattress and take a picture of the box spring, AND remove the box spring take a picture of our bed frame! I responded that this was near impossible for us septuagenarians to accomplish. The reps responded that this was the only way they would be able to address our problems with the mattress set. We have still not be able to find help removing each piece to take pictures. We have literally suffered for almost a year with this set. It has brought me to tears because my husband and I have daily backaches that go away only after we take pain pills. We are once again, currently trying to find two young men who will charge us an affordable amount to help us moving each piece to take pictures. So disappointed with this expensive purchase

We recommend seeing if there is a friendly neighbor nearby who will be able to help, or a family member who can also assist. This way you can get the help you need to proceed with your claim. If neither of these are options, using a service like Task Rabbit is another great way to get some additional help. We hope this helps!
Mattress good so far but delivery HORRIBLE.
Mattress seems to be good but the delivery experience was HORRIBLE. It took several weeks for it to be delivered after purchase, which is fine. We had the “white glove” delivery which was supposed to include bringing in and setup. We received notification of delivery date and timeframe along with instructions on how we needed to be ready for setup which we agreed via text and email. We received confirmation again the day before scheduled delivery and were ready to receive delivery the next day as notified. Approximately 1130 pm, the night before our delivery, we receive alerts on our security cam and hear a large truck driving away. We look outside (it’s raining) and the mattress was left propped up against our garage door. There was no knock on our door and doorbell wasn’t pushed. If we didn’t know that, it would have likely caused damage to our garage door if we had opened it unknowingly. We have the delivery saved on our security cameras. We were able to pull it inside ourselves but this would have been a rough situation for someone that is elderly or disabled. We notified Sam’s Club the next day and was told we would be “compensated” for the inconvenience. It’s been over a month and still nothing. We call to follow up and Sams Club indicates the the delivery company will compensate and when we speak to the delivery company “RXO” we’re told that sams club will compensate. At this point, we realize nothing is going to happen. It may be a great mattress but until Sams gets a new delivery service, I would definitely avoid purchasing from them unless you enjoy a runaround which includes your new mattress being left outside at night, in the rain.

Saggy
We bought this mattress, King, medium, Aug 30, 2023, and debated returning it after about 3-4 weeks as it started to sag where we sleep! I am 6', about 220, and wife is 5'2" and about 130. We kept it until the sags got so bad we decided to get another different bed! High, very hard lump all down the middle of the bed! This bed has a 10 year warranty and a 100 night trial period! When you get beyond that 100 night you are pretty much on your own! After 3 'chat' sessions with Sam's return folks, we got them to agree to take the mattress back. They put us with Serta, who makes Simmons I guess, and that lady was adamant that we could not return it unless the matter was approved by higher ups! She kept going back to the 100 night trial being past! We bought a more expensive mattress from Sams, and at the moment we are assured by a supervisor that Sam's will refund our money! But, the one in this ad sagged significantly where we sleep[. After about 4 months it started to make a noise, 'scrunching sound' when I moved, like rubber rubbing against other rubber.

Not the same quality BeautyRest as the old one
This is the second BeautyRest I purchased. The first one was fabulous and well used for 15 years. However this one leaves me tossing and turning and my body is stiff and sore in the morning.
Haven't slept on it yet
Although we haven't slept on it yet, it has to be a vast improvement of sinking 6 inches and having to rock and roll just to get out of bed. Heeheehee
Extra Firm is awful
I did not see that the item was not available for return until this morning. It has been less than 24 hours of having the mattress and I hate it. If I can't have a return, can I please have some sort of an exchange?

Great mattress for extra firm
My husband needed a very firm mattress and this mattress is definitely extra firm. I like to have a little softer so we ended up putting a Tempur-pedic pad on top of it and he seems happy with that and I’m happy with it. Mattress seems very well built
