Nice storage

This is my second purchase of this size. I use them for rarely used supplies in my art room. Only 4 stars as 1 lid and the handle on 1 tote came broken. I am unable to upload pictures- I’ve tried several times and keep getting an error code. I think my phone pictures are over the 10MB, but 🤷🏼‍♀️.

Bought 2 pack, so 10 totes and 3 of them were damaged, broken, when they arrived, even though the outside package wasn’t damaged. I called to check on having them replaced as they were not available in store and got my call dropped after nearly 20 minutes on the call.

I bought these to help me sort and organize. I bought 2 sets of 5. Unfortunately three of the 10 came damaged. The packaging was not damaged so I would have to assume they either bounced around in the packaging so much the broke or were already damaged before they were boxed.

Per quart these are about the cheapest bins out there. But they are also extremely thin and susceptible to cracking. One of the lids came cracked. You have to be pretty gentle with these. Big. Cheap. Flimsy.

The top box in the shipping box came with a crack in the side, similar to what other have posted. I will keep it as it still works, but now it has sharp edges.

Very disappointed on how these boxes arrived. I ordered 2 sets of four, but two are damaged. And they are not as durable as I would expect for that expensive price. But they’re not too too bad. I guess I’m a little blessed that its only 2 damaged out of the 8 bins. But still irritating, as they ship in very very thin box with no cushioning to protect being handled and thrown around during shipping. Box was damaged as well. I’m in the middle of packing up the house and this has put a stick in my wheels. I would like these damaged ones replaced please.

The top container was broken. Your service representative was very nice but I only received a $5.00 credit. I think I should have received a new one, now that I think of it….

Item arrived broken, the shipping box wasn't damaged so likely broken during packaging. Says it can be returned in store but upon starting the return, they give you a shipping label to ship via FedEx. App says can be replaced but also kept saying it couldn't be processed at this time, try again in a few minutes. After an hour I went to the website where it says refund only. Not worth the effort of repackaging, printing label, and driving 30 miles to the nearest FedEx so I'm stuck with some broken stuff. Won't buy this brand again.

Almost all the lids came broken. What a waste of my time to now have to drag it back in store to return it. Highly disappointed in the lid quality.
