I used it once and it made my head itch! A little of the shampoo goes a long way, it's harsh and it has a strong perfume smell. I am disappointed, I have used Dove soap for many years and expected a better product.

I haven’t had the opportunity to use it for long enough to really judge too much with buildup, but I expect that like most shampoo that could become an issue at some point.
