It is a decent value and it's affordable. It's effective. I love how it's five system benefits in one minute. It visibly helps repair your damaged hair. It helps moisturize it. It helps detangle it. It's got frizz protection and color care. I absolutely am in love with it and I'll have to post some updated photos once I wash my curly nappy hair so I can show you guys

I love Dove shampoos and they work well with my hair and this new one did not disappoint. It lathered really well and made brushing my hair after really easy. After the first wash, I wasn’t impressed—my hair felt a bit strange, with dry ends. Still, I decided to give it a few more tries, adding conditioner afterward,and that made a difference. My hair felt softer, smoother, and less frizzy. It also seemed stronger, with less breakage. The light scent isn’t overwhelming, and the large bottle lasts a long time. Overall, it’s a good shampoo for moisturising hair, but for the best results, I recommend pairing it with a conditioner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful Shine and Invigorating Scent I was excited to try the Dove Nourish & Restore 5 in 1 Shampoo because after the long winter, my hair needed nourished and restored. This shampoo did not disappoint! My hair felt luxurious when I was shampooing. The thick shampoo enveloped my hair and made me want to rinse and repeat. The invigorating scent brightened my mood, too! As I dried my hair, I could see the shine and I had no fly aways to speak of. Yay! I could still smell the scent throughout the day and that with the shine and clean feel made me smile all day. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion.

This bottle is huge! It would last a solid amount of time. The pump was easy to raise and it’s easy to push for product, even when your hands are wet.

I have thin-somewhat damaged hair due to the amount of hair dye I used when I was younger, but after just one wash, it looks pretty healthy. I’m impressed.
