It almost acts like a two-in-one but without actually having to use the conditioner. My hair was less dry and felt smoother. The softness of my hair was improved as well as the strength and shine. The scent is nice, while not being overly powerful. Overall I think it's a great affordable shampoo that actually does what it says it does on the bottle.
