It was very frustrating and there are no clear marks which way to spin the cap to get the pump to pop up. After using for a few weeks, I felt like it really weighed down my hair and made it feel so greasy by the end of the day. One positive is that I did feel like my hair became healthier. The shampoo itself also smells very luxurious and lasts the whole day. However I just could not get past the residue it seemed to leave.
