My hair did not feel good after using this shampoo and conditioner. I have medium length hair that is thick. When using this shampoo and conditioner , My hair felt stringy and like I hadnt washed it . I really gave it a try for 2+ weeks and ended up switching back to the normal brand.

I have been using both the shampoo and conditioner for years and constantly get compliments of how good my hair smells. I should also mention that I have very long hair and I feel it keeps my hair healthy, silky, and clean. I have less frizz and great volume with it.

The pump dispenser could be better quality. It keeps falling apart.
