Does not receive signal

The antenna to receive the WiFi is horrible Even though WiFi signal is great. Did not work right. Kept loosing signal. Needed to add a fire stick which has a better receiving capability than the tv.

Hi Did not work, We appreciate your feedback on the Samsung DU7200 TV. I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your Wi-Fi disconnecting from the TV. First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. I recommend enabling auto-updates to ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update. Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds. I hope these tips help resolve your concerns. Remote control flexibility

Bought the tv last month The remote control is too small …not a user friendly remote control. There should be #, arrows and option to use microphone for channels etc…

Happy with this purchase

Bought this to put into a TV ROOM dedicated exclusively to streaming content. So much easier than switching from Satellite feed on our main TV. Picture is nice. Sound is good. Easy to operate. Happy with this purchase.

Great picture & color quality

We've been using the new Samsung 75" Class Crystal UHD for about 5 weeks. It is a great TV, clear pictures, vivid colors and easy to operate. I hope it stays this way for a long time.

Bad remote controls

My Samsung 65 “ tv is really nice great picture but one issue is the remote control it is the worse controller I have ever had why they didn’t put numbers on the comptroller to go directly to a channel not the place to save money

Awesome and easy

Wonderful unit.

I love this TV. The Picture quality and the sound is phenomenal. The ease of using whatever streaming service I have is very easy and user-friendly, which is good especially for a senior citizen. I even enjoy many of the programs on Samsung plus.

Waste of money

I tried this television for a few months now. The picture is absolutely horrible unless the room is totally dark. If the sun is shining in you can see nothing.

Hi PKDNPT, It’s unfortunate to hear you’re not fully satisfied with the brightness of your DU7200 TV’s picture. Please know that we are here to help you. First, let’s ensure you are running the latest Firmware Update. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. Next, If the colors on your TV are correct but just a little too dark or bright, you can try adjusting Picture Modes, Contrast, Brightness, or Sharpness settings. For darker scenes, I recommend Dynamic Picture Mode, which makes pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic. Or you can manually adjust the Brightness by pressing the HOME button on your remote, then navigating to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings. You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode, which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption. Go to Settings > All Settings> General > Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode. I hope this helps to improve your picture. Excellent TV, picture quality, dark or light on, looks great. I also really like the integrity with the samsung soundbar. All streaming does so without any problem, and a variety of applications.
