I’m thinking it’s nothing special

I bought three TVs about two years ago. They are all good but I can’t stand the fact that they don’t stay on the channel I put them on. They always revert to a show called Runway, I can’t stand that show. For this reason alone I will shop for a TV that stays on the channel I choose next time.

Great picture but some concerns

The picture is great and it looks good in our great room. My only concern is that every single time I watch a different streaming service-Peacock, Netflix etc. I have to completely log in-it is extremely frustrating and annoying. Can’t even get Paramount Plus on the tv without a twenty step process every time. Our first and last Samsung tv.

Bad Quality

I bought it Over a year ago. Returned it because it was having some glitchy problems. They gave me a new one, the box was already open. And the problems were worse. I should’ve brought it back. It’s just the kitchen TV so I didn’t bother. Problems every single time I Try to rewind it. And started again

Crazy good.

Have the model for 8 months and couldn’t be happier. Samsung is now the only tv we buy. Nothing else beats the quality and reliability that Samsung delivers every time. Learned this from production company I work for. We had sixty in stock for clients and conventions. Never a problem. That’s hard to say in Today’s world!

The most realistic screen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung TV to stream movies music videos on YouTube and also use it to monitor my whole house. I don't even have to have the remote no more looking for that because it's on my phone exactly the same as it is they came with the TV This is one of the best TVs I've ever had the most realistic pictures if you put the ocean scene on there yes it looks like an ocean and it's so big and it's right there bold in front of you number one TV I've ever had check it out you like it too.

Samsung Smart Tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV was very easy to setup and operate. I found it very easy to navigate the settings and move the icons around to get them to my preferred order. The picture is fantastic it almost looks 3D! I forgot that one of my old TV’s was a Samsung too and I haven’t had any issues with that one too! I will definitely look at Samsungs again when I need to replace one of my other TVs

Good TV - Clunky Samsung Software

This would be a 5-star TV if it weren't for the clunky Samsung software. I don't like having to sort through everything Samsung to get to what I want. The TV should start with my preferred service, not Samsung's. This could send me away to other brands in the future.

distorted images up close

The picture is weird on this TV. i'm trying to find some support to see if something needs to be setup differently or what. from far away the picture looks fine but as you get closer to the TV the images shift into what looks like cartoon images. i've never seen anything like this before. Samsung - please help!

Hi Goody,We appreciate your feedback on the DU7200 TV's image quality. I believe what you are describing is a feature called Auto Motion Plus, which eliminates ghosting and blurring that occurs from fast-moving images. These motion smoothing settings look great on live TVs, like sporting events or parades, which are filmed at 30 frames per second. Most movies, however, are filmed at 24 frames per second and are not intended to be viewed with these features. When turned on, this causes the dreaded soap opera effect.To Change Motion smoothing settings on your TV: Navigate to Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Auto Motion Plus Settings (Picture Clarity Settings).1. The default setting is Auto. This means the feature automatically turns on and off based on the type of program being watched.2. Select Auto Motion Plus (Picture Clarity) to change the setting to either Off or Custom.If you select Custom, three additional options are available:• Blur Reduction: Use the directional keys on the remote to adjust the Blur setting.• Judder Reduction: Use the directional keys on the remote to adjust the Judder setting.• LED Clear Motion: This option allows you to configure the LED backlight to sharpen fast-moving images. Samsung crystal 65

Amazing quality, sound is great as well, haven't had any problems yet, interface is smooth works well with a mouse and keyboard and compatible with mirror mode with my Samsung cellphone. Its durable too. I'd recommend it. I plan to purchase another in the near future .

Great TV in the segment
