I was looking for a full legnth mirror but all i saw were around 100 and if less they were very cheap feeling. We were shopping when i saw this one for 49.00!! I snarfed it up. You cannot get this high quality of an attractive mirror at that pricepoint!

my husband hung this mirror and could not get it level no matter how he tried. Two days later it came crashing down. Left black scratches all over our new paint and left a large gouge on our brand new trim. Extremely disappointed as we had JUST completed remodeling. The brackets on the back are glued on and are not strong enough to hold the mirror up.

Just what I needed

This item was ordered as a pair. I purchased a gold and a black one. The black mirror was intact and still standing. The gold mirror was shattered and in shambles. I don't shop in the warehouse due to physical disability. I now have to mail or FedEx the package box that won't fit in my vehicle. I am unable to provide pictures b/c the severity of the damage.

I ordered this mirror online because it wasn’t available in the store. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. First, the delivery driver dropped the package at my next-door neighbor’s house instead of my address. When I finally moved it home, the mirror was completely shattered across the entire surface, even though it was still in one piece. The box looked fine. So I thnk the packing is problematic. Customer service was polite and told me I didn’t need to return the shattered mirror. However, this experience makes me question the shipping and handling quality of Sam’s Club’s online orders.

I ordered one and it was delivered broken. I was able to return it. I really wanted the black trim mirror and the only option is to have it shipped. I decided to try again, and again it was delivered broken! “Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me!”

The pictures looked great. Had I hopes to install it. When I opened the box and started to remove it, it was cracked. It was packed well, however it did not survive shipping. Will try again if the item is available locally.
