Very gross

My husband, who is not a picky eater and loves chili, said he imagines it's what dog food tastes like. He likes Wendy's chili from the fast food, but this didn't taste like that.

Hurry, stock your pantry now - limited time offer.

We bought a couple of these limited time boxes of chili and after cracking one open, we’ve been back two more times just for more chili. We gave them as Christmas gifts to all the men in the family, they were a huge hit! Get some now while you can!

Wendy’s chili

It was alright, not as good as fresh from Wendy’s but what do you expect it’s in a can. Will certainly try it as a chili dog with some cheddar cheese!

Best canned chili ever!

I'm a chili head and make it regularly. But often times I'll want a bowl of chili and don't want to make a whole pot, so canned is good for a quick fix. The problem with virtually all canned chili is virtually all of them are heavy on chili powder and to me that needs to be balanced with a heavy tomato presence, but they don't. I've tried every brand I can find and they've all been he same with the overpowering chili powder taste. When Wendy's release the canned version of their chili I was anxious to try it as I've always liked their chili in the restaurants. I was happy to find this chili to be by far the best I've ever tried. Amazingly good! It has enough chili powder in it but the predominant flavor profile is tomato, along with plenty of beef throughout. I buy it in six packs at Sam's. Which brings me to my only negative on it- price. In six pack form at Sam's it comes out to about $3.33 per can so it's a bit of a jump up from brands like Hormel and Wolf, which I can generally find for a couple bucks a can.

Make believe Wendy’s Chilli

I purchase and love Wendy’s franchise chili, however, this was not good at all. It’s much thicker and had no taste. Although it was the color or chilli, I honestly did not see tomatoes or seasonings. It was just not good. I was unable to add anything to improve the taste.
