Very tasty supplement with a solid protein punch. Definitely needs to be mixed well, so use your shaker and go to town with it. But the flavor is great! It reminds me of fudgesicles. I haven't used it long enough to see if it helps with muscle growth like Dymatize does, but I love the taste and will keep using it this month.

Tastes Great!

I have been buying this protein powder for some time now. I got to say it is very good and taste is spot on. Mixes well in a shaker cup and doesn't get all foamy like some other protein powders like to do. Mixes into my oatmeal very well and makes for a tasty treat almost like a brownie. Doesn't upset or bloat my stomach and digest great. Thanks for sam having it for a great price compared to buying direct from RAW nutrition.
