The way this is marketed on the label, you would think it is good for you and does not contain anything bad. Erythritol is the %233 ingredient.

Definitely feel a difference in the quality compared to other brands. Blends smooth, taste great. A little pricey.

My 19 year old college athlete really likes this protein. He said it's only one scoop (not two like so many others) and it mixes well.
