This swing set arrived promptly in two long narrow boxes. It took a couple hours to put together. The instructions were clear and it was not complicated to put together, but some steps did require two people and some steps did require some physical strength. This swing set is heavier than a typical “little kid” swingset, so it does not come with anchors. This is ok when my 6 year old swings alone but when the 6 and 8 year old swing together the posts do sometimes lift off the ground and “bump”, this is the only downside that I’ve seen so far. Overall, the kids love this swing set.

We are delighted with the sturdiness of the swing set. It's for our grandchildren, and it is way better than what we got for our sons 35 years ago. Assembly was straightforward. Customer service could be improved, and delivery was longer than promised. All ended well.

I really really wish I could be writing a great review with photos of the kids swinging, but it going to be another 2-6 weeks to get the parts I need after waiting 3 weeks for other missing parts. At this point I would never recommend buying from this company. The set they sold me was incomplete and it is very difficult to complete it due to the parts needed being on back order. The swing set seems to be of great quality. I wish it could just magically appear all set up in the backyard.

My husband and I are both retired teachers in our 60s and 70s. We assembled the swing set in two days because we were delayed due to rain. Our grandchildren are 5 years old and 12 months old. They LOVE it. I had to order a baby swing from another company, however, because Lifetime does not offer one with chains that are long enough.

Fantastic and quality made swing set. I'm very happy with my purchase. I will note that assembly of the swing set by myself was rather challenging (I recommend finding someone to help you), but once I put it together I could tell it will last for my daughters for their entire childhood and then some. It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for. This set truly exceeded my expectations.

Had this swing for a few years before our home and the town of Paradise burned to the ground. The swing was the only thing left on the property. Only damage was to the plastic end caps and the plastic swings. Paint still looks perfect. Amazing, we disassembled it and reassembled it at our new home.

We purchased the swing set in late winter and had it shipped to the home (our daughters) where it was to be installed. During installation I found that parts were missing. Due to the Coronavirus issue it was difficult to get in touch with anyone via phone or email. I went to the Salt Lake store and explained the issue to Abby. She immediately prepared an order of the missing components and followed thru with me via text and in- store visits. She is the model all companies should have of an employee who takes a personal interest in the issue, asks appropriate questions, is very personable, and immediately goes to work to help resolve the issue. Abby is an asset to your company. In my business I nurture and support such employees as they are great for the bottom line: customer service and more profit for the company. If I knew she had the background skills I could use I wouldn’t hesitate to offer her a position! She is a treasure for your company.

We have three kids (10, 7 and 3) stuck at home through the pandemic, and this swing set has been a game-changer. For months, they've spent every free moment outside swinging and discovering other fun ways to enjoy the outdoors. The set is incredibly sturdy and stable. I would recommend anchors only if you have multiple "big kids" (9 and up) swinging at the same time.

Exactly the swing I was looking for ! Bought online in May and was delivered in 2 weeks. First - we are a family of 4, who all enjoy a quick swing whenever we are taking our 7 year old to the community playground! With this pandemic the community playground was out of bounds - so I was on the lookout for a strong sturdy swing that would be able to support my 7 year old and also would ocassionally be used my teenager and even us! This 10 feet swing fit the bill perfectly! A bit of a struggle on the setup - you definitely need 2 able bodied adults in putting this together. I used the lifetime video along with the instructions- pretty easy to follow but needs time and a bit of muscle. There are a few steps that are irreversible - so be careful! Luckily I did not have to call up for help. The end product is a sturdy swing that my 55 lb 7 year old can use for her acrobatic swings. The teenager is more cautious- and realizes that his weight is more than the recommended weight- but he does swing pretty comfortably. The swing is not ‘concreted’ to the ground but because of its weight and good construction - is quite stable. Well done Lifetime!

We bought this for Christmas 2018. The guy at the store was kind enough to tell me that sometimes people have problems with the assembly because they put the leg pieces in the wrong order. He said the instructions are the way to go, and they worked just fine for me. It took me an hour or two for 3 nights after the kids had gone to bed, and my wife helped me stand it up and we were good to go. It's strong enough for my 200 lbs to swing on. I had to be careful not to overtighten the bolts. The metal will bend with too much force. That's common sense, but I did push it a little too far on one bolt toward the beginning, not realizing that it was binding up the hinge because it was too tight. The circular poles also start to lose their shape if you get it too tight, so that's something to watch for. Despite my inadequacy, the swingset is strong and high quality. Definitely recommend.
