I just bought this set and put it together mostly by myself but you need another person to put it all together or you will be buying bigger nuts and bolts that you don't need.. customer service was very helpful with missing a few plastic parts. This is a well made swing set. This is a heavy duty set and the swings and bar have a plastic wrap around the chains so the kids dont pinch their fingers.

Ordered basic set for grandkids. Received and assembled it myself. Very solid. My wife and I were first to swing. It was solid. I weigh 375 lbs and haven't been able to swing on any set for 30 years, but was comfortable on this and it works well. Grandkids love it. Thanks Lifetime. Also purchased the climbing dome.Kids love it too.

I used the chat feature on their website to ask about spare parts for a swing set. A part had failed in large part because I didn't notice a loose bolt until the part was damaged. I didn't expect the part to bevcovered by a warranty. To my surprise and delight, the person I texted with (Darren), quickly helped me identify the part id and arranged to send the needed parts to me at no charge. Thank you, Darren and Lifetime!

I bought this for my twins' fifth birthday. This is the third swingset we've bought. The previous two were flimsy, cheap and rusted quickly. This set is sturdy, sharp looking and clearly going to stand the test of time. I was even more impressed when during assembly, my 5 year old THREW one of the screws across the yard. After hours of searching for it, I looked at lifetime's website. No questions asked, a new set of screws was shipped immediately at an no cost to me. I couldn't have asked for a better product or customer service. Very happy.

Our kids love this swing set. It is tall so the kids can grow with it. It is sturdy even without being set into the ground. The green and brown blend in nicely with the yard. My husband was able to put it together mostly by himself, but he recommends that you buy a clamp to help hold some pieces, especially the last ones on the top to help keep thinhs tight and aligned while screwing in the final screws.

It’s only been up a week so I’ll update this review if we have any issues. It’s a Good sturdy set I’m praying we never have rust issues. An adult can swing on this & it doesn’t budge. It is a nightmare to put together. It took 4 of us several hours & some of the pieces it’s very hard to get it lined up just right especially once you have half of it together just because it’s so large. All in all I’m happy with the set & how sturdy it seems. We did bury the feet for extra stability & because it’s incredibly tall once it’s built but I like knowing I don’t have to worry about the kids outgrowing it.

Large yet unobtrusive, the taupe and green colors blend nicely into the natural environment of our small backyard. We loved that this set did not require concrete footings—my husband didn’t believe it could be true, but we set the swing set up without them and it is sturdy and stable. Our girls are thrilled.

This is a very heavy duty, well made 10 ft tall swing set. Got it for our granddaughter who is too big for the little swings but still loves the freedom of swinging. She and a friend have enjoyed it so much. Putting it together was another story. Bag numbers didn’t match written instructions. Look on YouTube, it helps. Certainly recommend this swing set.

We have three kids (10, 7 and 3) stuck at home through the pandemic, and this swing set has been a game-changer. For months, they've spent every free moment outside swinging and discovering other fun ways to enjoy the outdoors. The set is incredibly sturdy and stable. I would recommend anchors only if you have multiple "big kids" (9 and up) swinging at the same time.

I am so happy I bought this swing set. We had trouble with the legs but customer service was so amazing that we got replacement legs for it. I love the color and the height! It's fantastic for children and adults. I highly recommend. Thanks to Amy M. who was wonderful and patient with me!
