It's as close to full size that you can get. I have a chocolate Lab and he just stares at it.

It is a Christmas gift. Opened it and it is of good quality- stands taller than I thought which is a plus. My neighbor will LOVE it!

Love the lab! While I have a 130lb yellow lab...I love this statue. My daughter will probably get one as she has always had black labs.
