[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with this remote control umbrella. We were in need of a new patio umbrella for our table and this has worked out great. The umbrella fits perfectly in our table and really provides a ton of shade for the entire table when sitting under it. The umbrella was also very easy to put together and set up. It’s also neat that it has a solar panel attached to it that can assist with charging. I would definitely recommend this product.

Bought 3 of these umbrellas and absolutely loved them but now one of them stopped going down. Tried everything from reprogramming the remote to cleaning the contacts. Still won't go down.. It's very difficult to manually disconnect the cord to get the umbrella to close. We called both the Support and Warranty phone numbers but neither have returned our calls.. I really love these umbrellas but not good if they won't close.

Bought this umbrella at a great price. it worked great for the first 1 1/2 months but stopped opening and closing past two weeks. I read how to troubleshoot the issue, and it opened once and got stuck again. If it came with a crank as an alternative in such cases, I would have kept it but instead I returned it today. I am sure the one you buy will eventually have the same issues. Great idea bad product. Do yourself a big favor and just buy a cheaper umbrella and crank it open and closed.

I really liked this umbrella, until it got stuck in open position. To fix, you had to actually reach at the top to loosen tightened pulley ropes. I had to take completely down to try and fix. If the manufacturer can somehow add a crank at the middle of umbrella to loosen when umbrella got stuck up, I would purchase again. Also, the ability to charge solar by using a charger method is another problem. The plug in is at the very top of the umbrella and difficult to get at. I had ordered two 11 foot and two 8 foot umbrellas and had to return all due to these problems.

Great umbrella for the 2 months it lasted. Put it up and it would not come back down. Plus it never did automatically close itself with high winds even though we calibrated it per the manual. When I contacted the mfg. they said I would have to ship it back to them at my expense, if they determined it was a warranty covered repair they would repair with refurbished parts and if it could not be fixed they would replace with a refurbished umbrella. I don't think so! So instead I returned it and was given a full refund. Back to hand cranking and happy to do so.

Quit working after about 2 months Pricey umbrella but I am certainly not impressed . Wish there was a way to get in touch with Sam's about this situation. I would really like a refund.

Very disappointed in this product, it is cheaply made, the canvas you can see through it. You have to use a USB-C charger. You have to take the top mechanism off on the 11' high umbrella in order to do that It is overpriced for what you're getting. There is no quality to it. There was nothing in the description to define the quality of the canvas and what you have to do to charge it. The review isn't allowing me to submit the photos where you can clearly see through the canvas

Purchased 4, one came broken. Set up the other 3, the wind sensors do not drop them, yes we calibrated them many times. Took an outdoor blower to the wind sensors, they only dropped on high and not every time. Defeats the purpose of having them. The poles are too small to support the 11' foot umbrellas. The concept is great! The umbrellas themselves are nice but if they don't automatically drop in the wind it's not worth having. One quit dropping by the remote, my husband found at the pole itself was broken. Figured it was from the wind and to small of a pole, not sure. Not worth the price paid. They're going back.

umbrella cord frays and breaks rendering the umbrella useless agter a very short time!

Lovely umbrella but it quit working and is locked in the open position after 2 months!
