The picture quality is excellent—bright, sharp, and the colors look rich without feeling overdone. Movies and sports both look great, and the motion handling has been smooth, which is something I really notice. The built-in smart features are convenient and quick to navigate. I was a little worried setup would be a hassle, but it was actually simple and straightforward. The sound is decent on its own, but it really shines when paired with a soundbar. Overall, this TV feels like a big step up from what I had before. For the price, the quality you get is outstanding. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality 4K smart TV.

However, we are surprised by the factory audio quality. I will eventually get the Vizio 5.1 M Series soundbar, but will enjoy the factory speakers until then. This a great TV with lots of features that make it special.

I have had no issues with picture or apps, the quality of picture is crisp and bright. The features many. Particular for a cost conscious purchase. Vizio products continue to be a quality buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The screen has what looks like a grey smudge near the upper right corner. Not noticeable on many background colors but it does appear often. Not frequently but also troublesome is a flickering that appears from the left side of the screen. It can be corrected by changing screens and then reverting back to the original. .Overall, I am pleased with the purchase.

We love our 65” Visio tv and had no regrets until now. I sure do miss the days when you just turned on the tv and started watching it. We went through hoops to get it where we wanted it when we first got it. It was doing fine for a couple of months then out of nowhere it wouldn't connect to the internet. After spending about an hr trying to connect it back (all of our other devices worked fine) finally tried a factory reset. I was so PO that I had to go through the entire set up process again! You just want to sit down after a long day, relax, and be entertained but no, everything these days is a battle. Instead of making things easier it's more difficult not to mention the fact that you have to hand over your life's story and everything out of your wallet.

The features are also fantastic. ... The virtual x sound, needs a little work..maybe work with Klispch to upgrade the speakers..
