The picture came in good but the sound was horrible! It sounded muffled. Worst sound I've ever heard from a TV.

Love our TV & all its capabilities but still having issues with connecting BT headphones w/o the sound cutting in & out. Still troubleshooting....

I looked at a number of 65" TVs and this one was the best value. Installation and setup were extremely easy.

Great picture quality I would however recommend that the remote be upgraded to have the short cut button’s programmable to match my favorite apps
