I woke up with an ear ache two days ago, took two tablets and started my day. This pain reliever really helped me forget about my ear ache because it took away the pain from my ear for so long. I have been using it for two days now and have really been surprised that I am able to finish my tasks during the day. I would recommend this product to anyone experiencing minor aches and pains.

The timing was spot on as far as how long it should last (8 hours). I took it at the start of my Saturday morning work day. I used it for my feet discomfort. I stand all day and I feel it! I felt great all day. I would recommend this product to anyone with minor aches and pains.

I would say it's for my pain that was above my normal but less than my max so would it work for the hardest of the hard probably not for me personally however when I need something just slightly less than my max that helps with my discomfort and my inflammation after going for a long walk it worked great.

After just one dose, I was highly surprised and very impressed it took my pain levels from a constant 8, to a managed level 2. My teen also found it to be helpful for her monthly cramps! Definitely recommend! I think the combination of both medications has been found to be very effective!! Ibuprofen and acetaminophen works great together.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted this to be a great combination of meds and in theory it is. This would help stop the cycle of take one of each type every four hours. I just didn't find it effective. The dosage of each medicine ingredient is a smaller dose than taking them individually resulting in little relief.

I did have some aches in my body and felt some tension in my head, this helped to relieve all the pain. It didn't seem to take too long at all for it to kick in. I was able to go to sleep and not feel any pain. I like to take both of these seperately for different things so both together didn't really make a difference for me. I don't think I liked the coating on the outside. The taste did seem ok but not what I would prefer. The bottle should say it's coated. Overall it did what I expected.
