[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having a terrible headache from running around I decided to give the Motrin us Tylenol a try. Worked GREAT! I didn't even know this could be a combination. Within about 30 minutes my headache started to ease up. Easy to take with some water. If this is safe for you to take, I recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't aware you could combine the two major pain fighters together but Mottin did it and with no crazy side effects like a tummy ache or anxiety. It's unbelievable how much this works. No more guessing which to take. I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product works very good. It lasts about 6 hours and has a sweet coating on them. Usually medications have a nasty coating on them that makes it hard to take them but not with this product. I used Mortrin during a very painful toothache and during menstrual cramps. I did experience mild quick bowel movements but it could have been the new-ness of it entering my system. I would say this product work on average to stop the pain about the same as other medications. I am very grateful to have the opportunity to try this product and to find a new alternative for pain. This product works very well. The medication is small and easy to take. I would recommend to anyone who needs an alternative medicine to take.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually get headaches and really bad ones at times and my go to medication is ibuprofen. This time i gave the dual action a try and was pleased by the way it worked. My headache went away quicker and was easier on my stomach.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely loved this Motrin dual action with Tylenol. It literally was like having just one product that you use for EVERYTHING!!! I could use this for EVERYTHING from a simple headache all the way to using it for back pain or a fever. It cut the amount of medicine I needed to carry with me in my purse or have in my medicine cabinet down to just one simple bottle. This is GENIUS!!! Why didn't anyone think of this sooner?! Thank you for making life a little bit easier on this one for me.

The product was used at various times due to the discomfort I was experiencing at the time, but limited relief was realized from the product. I would be interested in trying other products to test their effectiveness and hopefully find a product that really assist me with my various discomforts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never used a combined ibuprofen/acetaminophen product. I am 45 years old and get tension headaches. These capsules were easy to swallow, smooth, and an appropriate size. The bottle was easy to open. My headaches started fading after about 20 minutes. My husband and daughter also used the product and said it helped reduce their pain symptoms.

I love that both medicines are combined to make it easier to control dosage, but it seems to only work for very minor aches and pains. I have tried it a few times. It did nothing for lower back pain, but did help with a dull headache. Would only recommend for minor pain and stick with other pain relief for anything more than minor aches or pains. I will use for minor headaches, but for back pain I will continue to take other medications. I do like that they are small enough to be easy to take, so that definitely was a bonus.
