It is definitely worth having it available if you are looking for something to take the edge off. That's the good thing about it. So I guess that's a pro. Now for the Con, it is not exactly the thing to turn to for any major pains and aches. For that, I recommend making a doctor's appointment. I definitely would replace all other brands for Motrin with Tylenol.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually get headaches and really bad ones at times and my go to medication is ibuprofen. This time i gave the dual action a try and was pleased by the way it worked. My headache went away quicker and was easier on my stomach.

This product alleviated my bone pain and headache at the same time. It wasn't harsh on my stomach or make my kidneys hurt like some things do. If this was affordable, I would definitely buy this! It made it worthwhile to ease my pain.

Unfortunately this was not a good product for me. It didn't provide much relief from my headaches. I don't think I will be buying this in the future.

The product was used at various times due to the discomfort I was experiencing at the time, but limited relief was realized from the product. I would be interested in trying other products to test their effectiveness and hopefully find a product that really assist me with my various discomforts.
