I scheduled a pick up for this Minecraft a day before my party in case anything happened. And what do you know, my cake was not what its presented here. There was a chocolate line in the middle of it. I got a refund and it was supposed to be remade, today is the day of my party I've played phone rag and been hung up on and STILL no update on my cake. Thankfully Walmart was able to make me a cake within an hour of my party.

It's a half-sheet character cake for $20. I don't see how people can rate this low. It was tastey, the kids loved it, and the decorations were great.

The decorations are cute but the icing job was really messy and there was chocolate smear all over the cake board along with a big smudge on the back. Maybe its just my local sams club. Hopefully the tatse is good

the cake was great! but nothing like the pictures. the staff could care less when we told them. so if you dont care if they get it right this cake is for you!

Just picked cake up today was very dry and made with chocolate frosting was not made aware when ordering that it would be made with it. Very disappointed just got a cake last week and it was nothing like this.

they just slapped some colored icing on it. It was not the design pictured at all. it was just a messy green and blue cake with the topper. this will be tbe first and last birthday cake we get from Sams

We ordered it several days in advanced. The image on the cake was bubbled in many areas, the border wasn't even filled as shown in the example and you could see the outine of the image sheet. The cake itself was okay, not dry at least.

The design was good, the cake was a good texture, but there was hardly any frosting on it under the design sheets which was really disappointing and made for a pretty dry cake.
