Way too hard compared to what we tried in the store. I'm 230lbs and feel like I'm sleeping on packed sand

Recently purchased a bed and base and am absolutely ecstatic with them both. My sleep has dramatically improved.

I love the vibrating feature that lulls me to sleep. The bed is super comfortable and I wake up with less body pain.

Our base showed up with a tear in the fabric from shipping, they sent out a replacement right away.

After 20+ years on a Sealy Perfect Sleeper bed set, my first Tempur-Pedic has performed beyond expectation! Initially thought to be "too firm" the mattress has adjusted my posture alignment and I have longer rest periods as I also tend to awaken less during sleep periods. I am an avid marathoner and I notice aches and tender spots I might go to bed with appear to be gone when I awaken. I am so glad I finally purchased this bed set and look forward to comfortable blissful rests on it.

This mattress is the perfect combination of firmness and comfort. I'm 6'3" at 215 lbs this mattress holds it's shape and keeps me sleeping all night long. The order process was a little confusing. I was searching to set up a delivery date, but couldn't find one. I wish the website told that you will be emailed in a few days during the purchase process to set up a delivery date. This message isn't sent to you for a couple of days after purchase. The delivery was very quick and efficient. Highly recommend buying through Tempurpedic.com directly.

My wife really likes the TEMPUR-ProAdapt ... she sleeps much better, longer, and feels much more rested. For me, I wake up every hour or so, thankfully I go right back to sleep ... but the mattress feels hard, not comfy ... cannot sleep on my side as my shoulder starts to hurt almost immediately ... have to stay on my back. So, for me, it is ok, not great.

I normally do not do reviews but this weekend, we visited the Frontenac store in Ladue,MO. Corinne- our sales associate was awesome. From the time we arrived and explained we were trying to learn about their beds, their bases, she took it from there. Had great questions from both of us, wanted to understand our sleep regiment and from there began demo process on various mattresses and bases. Great experience. We have never owned a mattress like this before and can't wait to experience it. Corrinne made this a great experience and it was a true pleasure working with her. We left there Saturday, talked about it and returned Sunday. Had a few more questions, tested bed again and guess what- made the purchase.Thank you for everything you did for us as I would highly recomend her to anybody in the St.Louis area that is ready to make a change in their mattress but maybe their sleep style to receive the best night ever. Slept on the mattress 3 months. It's taken a bit of work to break in the mattress. I walked on it for a total of 75 minutes per my salesperson's recommendation. My back feels great most mornings. It's a little more firm than I'd like for side sleeping.

I owned the original for 15 years and loved it. I searched and tried the entire TP line to get the model that was closest to what I knew and landed on the Pro Adapt. Started with the medium and it became much too soft. Serious back pain in the morning. I then exchanged for a firm, which also just doesn't work for me because it seems to be equal parts squish and firm, which doesn't sync up with my brain. Every night I get into bed and wonder why it isn't more firm, or slightly more soft. It's a curious and uncomfortable mix of both. BE AWARE you can only make a return/exchange once. This second attempt left me with a very expensive bed that I can't return or change - it would be great if they changed this policy ☹️
