Wife and I originally tried the luxeAdapt bed which turned out to be really firm (despite being the softest model). When speaking to customer service, they made it very easy to switch within our 90 day window. I expected to jump through hoops to make that happen, but everyone I spoke to was very positive and made this exchange painless. The ProAdapt Soft is a much better bed for us due to being smaller. Very happy with our purchase!

It was to soft for my wife so we exchanged it for free and got the firm bed. Love it and what makes it better is the fact that delivery, pick-up and exchange was all covered with no additional charges.

We were both suffering pain in neck, shoulder and hips prior to purchasing the ProAdapt medium hybrid. Granted our very expensive name brand pillow top was 12 years old, we both ceased having pain from day one. Combined with the Ergo frame, subtle adjustments to head and feet positions have given us the best nights sleep we have had in years. Both the mattress and frame are very high quality. We absolutely love our new bed and expect years of comfort.

(Keep in mind we are only in our 30's and active) We decided to order a Tempur-Pedic mattress sight unseen from their website based on some quick research and couldn't be happier. The mattress is perfect and we are thinking about getting them for our kids as well. We would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good, restful nights sleep!

My Tempur-ProAdapt Firm mattress is so extremely comfortable. For the first time in a long time I'm sleeping through the night and waking up without pain. This is a luxurious mattress. The only slight drawback is that it's much higher than my previous Tempurpedic mattress, making it a little difficult for a shorter person to get into & out of bed. Still, I absolutely love this mattress!

It has caused me back and neck pain. I can't get to sleep at night because it is so uncomfortable. I have slept in the back of a pickup truck when I was younger when we went camping that was more comfortable. I regret the day that I purchased this over priced horrible mattress. I'm sure temper - pedic will not do anything about it. Once you buy it it's yours forever and ever.

I purchased this mattress a year ago because I was having back issues. Since then, I have never slept so well in my life. This mattress has been life changing. I highly recommend a TempurPedic mattress to anyone whether they have health issues of not. They will not regret it.

We love this mattress. We've slept on it for several months now and love it more and more every day. We did try the medium firmness mattress and did not like it at all, but the soft is perfect for us. We've owned Sleep Number beds, exclusively for 20+ years, but decided to try something different and are so glad we did. Would highly recommend this mattress to everyone. After 20+ years on a Sealy Perfect Sleeper bed set, my first Tempur-Pedic has performed beyond expectation! Initially thought to be "too firm" the mattress has adjusted my posture alignment and I have longer rest periods as I also tend to awaken less during sleep periods. I am an avid marathoner and I notice aches and tender spots I might go to bed with appear to be gone when I awaken. I am so glad I finally purchased this bed set and look forward to comfortable blissful rests on it.

I originally purchased a Tempurpedic king medium bed. It was just too soft and was killing my back. I utilized the trade in policy. I explained how the bed was killing me. They recommended a Proadapt firm. My wife loved the medium so we got split beds. She happy with hers, unfortunately the firm is too hard for me. The bed hurts my shoulders and back. It is not a peaceful night sleep as I just can't get comfortable no matter what position I'm in. You're allow to do one trade, so I'm suck. I purchased a sleep number bed and am waiting for delivery. Hopefully it is better night sleep.
