This was a perfect fit for support, cooling, and relief from sciatica pain. The first night was the best sleep I have had in a very long time. If you have lower back or joint issues, definitely get this mattress.

I received my bed 2 weeks before major hip replacement surgery. I live alone and because I was able to lift my self to a position where I could get off the bed by myself, I was able to recover from this surgery without having to go to Nursing facility. Due to COVID I did not want to leave my home. I am recovering very well alone at home and sleeping very comfortable because of the Tempur-ProAdapt Medium bed. I wish the height of the bed frame could be adjusted down about 1 inch so I didn't have to use a step stool. I am only 5"0 tall.

So this is my second tempur-pedic bed. My husband had been bugging me to get a king bed, even though the queen I had was still amazing after 7 years. So when we were shopping it looks like some of the models had changed. This after our first night sleep I immediately noticed this bed didn't sleep any where near as hot as my old one! However, like my previous bed, there is a breaking in period sort of like shoes so that the bed can sort of conform to your body. This takes a bit of time, but if you're upgrading for a not so quality bed this might be an instant upgrade. I really like the updates and changes since my last purchase and when it came time to buy a bigger bed, I really didn't consider anything else!

I knew I wanted a bed that could accommodate all sleeping positions, but be on the softer side. I think this is a perfect choice for people that fall under the same sleep category as me. Pros : Very comfortable, good edge support, great white glove delivery, classic memory foam sinking feel, but easier mobility and bounce due to the hybrid springs. Cons : You never want to leave your bed, probably a bit pricey, my mattress had a pretty strong off gassing oder that lasted for about 2 days. Overall, I'm extremely happy with my purchase and have been getting good solid sleep. My only regret is not spending the extra money for the lux adapt to get that extra softness I was looking for.

Went on vacation for two weeks, pain came back. Got home back to my bed and it's gone. Not coincidental. Love this, wish I would have gotten it sooner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once a salesman said you will pay an enormous amount for a automobile that you will set in for a couple of hours a day but will cut cost and purchase an uncomfortable mattress that you will sleep on for 8-10 hours a day and wake with back issues. My first Tempur Pedic lasted 12 years. I chose to purchase a "In the box mattress" only to return and purchase the Pro-Adapt which we love dearly. Last time I settle for a lesser product. Now I wake each day fully refreshed.

After house sitting for my son and sleeping on his tempurpedic, just after day 4 my back felt so much better after years of hurting. I don't know how they do it, but somehow there's the perfect back support, but also it's super soft for my very arthritic shoulders and NO pain as a side sleeper. I'm 70 yrs old and I wish I could save people money by telling them to skip all the others and go with this one, wish someone had done that for me. Buy it, you won't be sorry and it's true when it comes to mattresses, you do get what you pay for.

It's not taken away my back pain at all and I actually wake up very frequently every night. Not sure what the problem is or if I just have the wrong mattress for me.

As a firm skeptic regarding super-positive reviews, I had doubts about this mattress even as I was purchasing it. But after a month I can say this mattress was a life-changing investment and five stars aren't enough! I haven't slept this well in nearly 10 years: no more waking up multiple times a night, no stiffness, and no neck or back pain. If you're on the fence, trust me, it's worth every penny!
