[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been sleeping on memory foam mattresses for several years, finally decided to try a Tempur-pedic mattress. For me it's been a game changer. It's almost as if I float on top of the mattress. I don't feel any pressure points but have good support. I chose the soft option thinking if it was too soft it could be exchanged for a medium, but its perfect. I sleep well on it, feels good sleeping on back or side. I love the removable washable cover. There isn't anything I don't like about it. I'm sold on Tempurpedic comfort.

This is our second experience with TEMPUR-PEDIC mattresses. We purchased one in years ago and it is still in use today by another family member. We passed it along to another family member due to heat generated while sleeping. We were pleased to find that TEMPUR-PEDIC adapted to newer technology and incorporated COOL technology into the Pro Adapt mattress. The mattress is comfortable, however, it does not retain the coolness that was experienced as we tested the model in the store. We feel this could be caused by the TEMPER-PEDIC factory mattress cover we purchased and installed. Overall the mattress is good and we are happy with the performance. We believe the defining test will be during our high humidity, hot Florida summer that is fast approaching.

I had a first generation temper-pedic and thought it was time to get a new bed (was I ever wrong). It was quite costly when they first came out but I got one. Anyway I bought a Serta and it was way to soft for me, hurt my back. Sent it back and got a hybrid temper-pedic, and "it" is a little to soft for me, however it would be to costly to trade this one in and get a firmer tempur. So although it's an improvement to the serta, that isn't saying much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to an illness I needed a softer mattress and an adjustable bed frame. I have had a Tempur-Pedic mattress in the past and always liked the support it gave me. I do love the Pro-Adapt Soft mattress. It was the first time I was able to sink into my bed and feel comfortable since becoming ill. The only thing I don't like about this mattress is that it becomes hot where you lay. I am constantly moving all over the mattress to find a cooler spot all night. If the heat from the mattress wasn't an issue then I would have given a five star rating. More work needs to be done to refine the body heat this mattress holds in.

Delivery did not include setting up the remotes or the placement of the wires underneath bed. I love that the bed has remote control and head of bed and legs raise and lower. Not sure the snore feature is really anything to applaud. My head of bed is usually up when I awake. I feel my prior mattress was more comfortable but did not have the remote features

I purchased the Tempur-Pedic Model 10737150M mattress from Ashley Furniture in New Rochelle, NY, on June 8, 2024. I received the mattress in the first week of July but was traveling for the summer. Once I started using it, I gradually began experiencing severe back pain. By October, my back was so inflamed that I had to reach out to Ashley Furniture for assistance. To my surprise, I was informed that I had no warranty because I had bought the mattress as an "as-is" floor model. I explained that I didn't know they were selling defective products and that they should stand behind the items they sell, especially when it comes to something as expensive as a Tempur-Pedic mattress. They then told me to contact Tempur-Pedic directly if I believed the mattress was defective. However, despite multiple attempts to get in touch with Tempur-Pedic, I received no response. Now, I wake up in excruciating pain every morning, and I'm also experiencing significant discomfort in the middle of the night. I can only sleep on my back, and even then, the sleep I get is minimal. The mattress feels much too soft for a medium Tempur-Pedic, and I am in constant pain when sitting on it for any period of time. For context, I've had a Tempur-Pedic mattress for over 10 years without any issues, so I know how they should feel. This has been an absolutely horrible experience, and I feel like I've wasted my money. I will never purchase another Tempur-Pedic mattress again and strongly advise others to be cautious when considering a purchase. The pain and frustration I've experienced have made this an incredibly disappointing investment.

I have always been a huge fan of Tempur-Pedic beds. We love our new Hybrid. I love that I can't feel my husband move around and that my back is starting to feel better. The firm was a little too firm for us so we went with the Hybrid and love it. My arm no longer falls asleep when I lay on my side with this bed. It's been a game changer for my back. Very satisfied

My wife and I have been looking to buy a new mattress for some time. We both have back problems. I was looking at many different memory foam mattress but none of them will support weight over 200 lbs. Unbeknown to me my wife went furniture shopping before Christmas. She called me and asked me to come and check the mattress out. We decided on the Pro adapt medium split king. All I can say is we are both having the best sleep ever. We both wake up with no back or neck pain. After a week of sleeping on the new mattress, one evening I said to my wife that I could remember many years ago that I would never spend that kind of money on a bed. I am glad that we did.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been able to sleep and not wake up with severe back pain. I don't like how high the bed is but they all are that way now. (I'm short) I have an adjustable base and I don't like that the mattress slides.

This is the best mattress we have owned, even my husband says so! I have had back issues for 30 years and with this mattress I never think of back stiffness when I get out of bed and certainly don't have to immediately go to the floor to stretch. Not only comfortable but the best sleep we have had in years. I have nothing but praise for this mattress.
