Our previous Tempur-pedic was 20 years old plus and definitely needed to be replaced. This time we bought a split king with an adjustable base because we both need to raise our heads and my husband needs to raise his feet a little also. The ProAdapt soft mattress has proved to be very comfortable for both of us whether we sleep on our side or our back. We both have different types of back issues and I have problems with sciatic nerve so the comfort of this mattress is extremely important to us and we just love it. I can only think of one negative issue and that's it can be difficult to change the sheets.

I Love my new bed! I sleep much better now. I love the fact that you can lift both the head of the bed and the foot of the bed. Both at the same time if you wish. I haven't experienced anything about the bed that I do not like. It certainly has made my life a lot better by giving me more comfortable sleep ! MMJ

I'm a 130 lb side sleeper and my partner is a 185 lb side sleeper. The mattress was very firm when it arrived. After sleeping on it about 2 weeks, it softened to the point where we just sunk down into it. No support. Horrible back pain. We gave it 5 weeks total but eventually returned it to the store.

My boyfriend and I had recently moved to a new apartment and had our mattress damaged during the moving process. We needed a mattress and fast! It was extremely comfortable, minimal to no motion transfer, and the best support. After going to about 5 different mattress stores and laying down on over 75 beds we returned to purchase the Tempur-ProAdapt Soft. We have had this mattress for a month now and I have had the best sleep ever. My back feels amazing when I wake up in the morning, I can't feel my partner move around in the middle of the night, and I never want to leave my bed. If anyone has trouble deciding if they want this mattress based on the price, it will be worth every penny! I will forever be sleeping on a Tempur-Pedic mattress! Also don't forget to purchase a pair of Tempur-Pedic pillows to go with this amazing bed.

We originally purchased the Pro Adapt Firm, but couldn't get comfortable. It actually made my hips hurt. We were able to exchange it for the Pro Adapt Medium Hybrid. Such a great difference and we love the Pro Adapt Medium Hybrid! It makes all the difference, and my hips are comfortable.

We were experiencing back pain and a sunken down mattress that just did not provide a good nights sleep. We have never owned a Tempur-Pedic before and decided to try one. While it took some getting use to (the feeling is very difference than a regular mattress), we really like the hybrid mattress and now have less back pain while having a good nights sleep.

The soft is soft yet firm. It's very very comfortable. I had the firm but it was to firm for me. I tried the medium and the hybrid and they just didn't work for me but when I tried the soft I could tell right away this is the one. Ever since it's like I have been sleeping on a cloud.

The moment you lay down on it, you're body just begins to relax. The tensions of the day melt away. It doesn't matter if you're more comfortable on your back or your side, this mattress just follows the contours of your body. It's by far the best mattress I've ever slept on and I would recommend it to anyone.

It was to soft for my wife so we exchanged it for free and got the firm bed. Love it and what makes it better is the fact that delivery, pick-up and exchange was all covered with no additional charges.

The proadapt medium hybrid split king did support my hips and back which I have issues with however i found my neck getting more sore (which I also have issues with, the mattress didn't cause but irritated). Purchased the tempurpedic neck pillow in hopes of fixing the issue with no luck. I have spoke to many friends who love the product it just didn't work for me. I was tempted to try another style but was worried it may result in the same neck issue.
