[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this bed out of necessity and did not get a chance to research it as much as I do with most major purchases. I had heard they were hot to sleep on and it took a long time to break in. I was reluctant to commit. The salesman assured us we would have 100 nights to sleep on it and decide if it was for us. We have loved it since the first night. It is not hot at all to sleep on. We did not have to break it in and we love the adjustable base we added to it. My favorite part is the massage setting. Overall we are very happy with the whole system and would buy it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mattress is extremely comfortable and in combination with the mechanized lifts it makes for a truly wonderful combination to maximize both sleep and reading or using the tablet. Sleep mode is incredibly comfortable, especially combined with the tempurpedic pillow. This is a bed we use as a relaxation escape from everyday stress. It is truly wonderful. Highly recommend. Sweet dreams.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted this bed since I can remember but concerned about the price. It was 100% worth it. It's strange to say but I feel like I get better sleep, not more sleep but better sleep. I got the adjustable base, the cheapest one, and it's awesome! Zero gravity it my favorite! I have been telling my family and friends it was worth every penny. Now my kids want one :). I got the split king and the hardest part to get used to was the split between the beds.

I feel like I am laying on a hard platform. It's uncomfortable and it feels no cooler than a regular mattress. I paid cash for the total purchase and we are thinking about taking it back. There has to be a better product because this mattress is terrible.

I paid thirty-seven hundred for this mattress less than 3 years prior to writing this review. The sidewall where I get onto the bed has collapsed and there is a massive section of mattress that is sagging about 10 inches. Sometimes I have even rolled off the bed there. I filed a warranty claim which was rejected. They made several assertions about why it was rejected none of which actually applied to my mattress. They claimed the cover was damaged even though the cover was not even on it in the photos I sent. They claimed I did not use a cover despite there being a cover on the same reciept. In fact I have used two covers most of the time. They then claimed it mattress had not been stored properly but it had never been stored and was in the same place on the same base when it was delivered. The damage was literally only because on getting on and off the bed. I am not overweight or anything like that either. If they think I am just going to stay silent after spending so much less than 3 years ago they are mistaken. I am not faced with taking the company to court to get this solved. Terrible company, terrible product.

For the past 25 years I have only had the pleasure of sleeping on hand-me-down mattresses that probably should have just gone to the trash. I would constantly wake up with back pain, toss and turn throughout the night, and just could not get a good nights sleep. My wife and I were reluctant to get a new mattress. The cost to us was shocking. We did not feel comfortable spending the amount but we knew we needed one. Well, we are glad we did. Since the first night we haven't had a bad nights sleep. We are so glad we chose this model and were also happy that the "soft" feel was still firm enough for the both of us. My back pain has since disappeared and each night I'm glad to get a good nights sleep. If you have any doubts, put them to rest. This mattress is worth the price and you'll have a better nights sleep because of it.

I've slept on tempur-pedic mattress for over ten years now. i owned my first mattress for nine years, and my back started hurting. so last year i go over to a mattress store near my home, cause i know the brand i want. i tell the sells rep, I've have some back issues in the past. i need a new mattress !! so she tells me about the really firm mattress that temur-pedic , but there is no display in the store. i bought it base on her word, and my prior temur-pedic mattress. i haven't had a good night sleep since I've had this mattress!! its remains very very hard!! i wake feeing like I've played football all night. SORE all over. :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] before sleeping on this new bed I would wake up multiple times a night I'd wake up at 5-6 am and stay awake for hours. I would wake up to use the restroom at times twice a night. I would wake up with back pain. Now all those negatives affects of a bad bed have gone away. Also strangely enough now I dream almost every night as before I would rarely dream.

My husband refused to get a new bed for over 5 yrs - FINALLY convinced him to get one & he has never slept better. His back is no longer bothering him like it use to & his sleep apnea is not nearly as bad! This is the second Tempur-pedic bed I have owned & as another reviewer stated, they only get better with time!

Thrilled with the mattress as I am able to sleep through the night and it cured my aches and pains from my old mattress. Would highly recommend it over one the cheap "mattress in a box" brands that don't last very long.
