While shopping for a new mattress my wife, whom I let guide the tour, settled on this mattress. My first thoughts were that her intent were to first torture and slowly kill me. This mattress is firm ! As I laid upon the "Rock" for the first night I discovered this felt great. The support, comfort and yes the firmness combined to provide what I had been missing all these years. I know longer had to climb out of a hole to change positions and I did not wake up in the middle of the night all sweaty from body heat. Now, did my wife ever say "I told you so" -- Yup she sure has !!! Love her and the mattress.

I was skeptical to purchase the actual TEMPUR-ProAdapt Hybrid. For one, the cost was intimidating and two, we had an off brand Memory foam that didn't last as long as I'd hoped nor did I experience much relief. My husband and I both suffer from recurring back and neck pain - due to herniations, disc degeneration etc. Getting up early because my back hurt too much became the norm for me. (And when I say early I mean 4:30 am regardless of what time I went to bed). I then herniated another disc that had me wheel chair bound for a month. After that experience, and thankfully I'm almost pain free now, I decided to spend the money because, if your health is off your whole life is off. We have had the Tempur-proadapt hybrid split King and I am SO SO very happy we invested in our health. The zero gravity feature is amazing to let your body relax right before sleep. I'm sleeping all through the night (hardly ever did that even when my back was healthy) and actually want to stay in bed in the morning. I'm amazed and will never go back to a regular mattress or an "off-brand" memory foam!!!!

my husband and I purchased a tempuric mattress in 2021. The first months of use we loved our mattress. However, today, with two years of use, we clearly feel that the mattress is very sunken where we sleep. We feel a hole where we lay. Both me and my husband are feeling a lot of back pain, especially when waking up, we believe that this is due to the mattress being completely uneven, lumpy, sagging and without structure. I would like to point out that we are not fat, so there is no overweight on the mattress and we don't spend many hours lying down either. We go to bed around 10 pm and wake up between 7 am and 9 am. It's not worth the price, for in two years the mattress will be completely bad, uncomfortable and impossible to sleep on.

We purchased the ProAdapt Medium Hybrid and after a couple nights of adjusting to a new bed we have been sleeping better than we ever have!!! Our hips and back no longer hurt and we wake up in the morning refreshed! This bed is well worth every penny and our only regret is we were not able to get this bed sooner. Thank you!

I have been sleeping on a firm mattress my entire 60+ years, as that was told me to be "good for my back". But for the past year my hips and shoulders were aching all day, and I woke multiple times through the night. My family referred me to the Tempurpedic, and suggested a soft mattress. After just 1 night's sleep, I have no aches and pains. I now sleep through the night, every night, and wake up feeling refreshed and energetic.

I needed a mattress that could be used with an adjustable bed. The smell was a problem. I took the cover off down to the form core, opened the window, used a fan on high, and aired it out for one week. Then when I slept on it I started sweating to the point I had to sleep on another bed. It is not the mattress for me.

Our new mattress is wonderful! I love that I am not affected by my husband's movement during the night. The temperature is always comfortable and I don't get overheated like I did with our old mattress. I sleep through the night and wake up feeling refreshed and not achy!

My boyfriend and I had recently moved to a new apartment and had our mattress damaged during the moving process. We needed a mattress and fast! We tried every mattress in the store and could not find something we liked until on our way out we laid down on the Tempur-ProAdapt Soft. It was like no other mattress in the store! It was extremely comfortable, minimal to no motion transfer, and the best support. After going to about 5 different mattress stores and laying down on over 75 beds we returned to purchase the Tempur-ProAdapt Soft. We have had this mattress for a month now and I have had the best sleep ever. My back feels amazing when I wake up in the morning, I can't feel my partner move around in the middle of the night, and I never want to leave my bed. If anyone has trouble deciding if they want this mattress based on the price, it will be worth every penny! I will forever be sleeping on a Tempur-Pedic mattress! Also don't forget to purchase a pair of Tempur-Pedic pillows to go with this amazing bed.

This mattress gives the support with the comfort needed when arms and shoulders hurt from sleeping on your side. It does not completely cure all of the hurting , but it is better than the Serta I comfort mattress we had been sleeping on the last five years. It is soft with a firm under lay that keeps you on a level plain. I didn't think it would be better than what we had, but I was wrong. This mattress has improved my night sleep. This mattress seemed fantastic in the store and not at all too firm. First night it was extremely firm(hard). Have been sleeping on it three weeks and it is still extremely hard. Wake up with sore back, ribs, hips and shoulders. I would not recommend. Plan to return it after the 30 days. In the meantime cannot last more than an hour on this bed before moving to another room.
