In my most recent purchase, within the past month, the top roll is one continuous piece of plastic, not divided into individual bags, effectively rendering the product useless.

I'm having trouble ordering this product every time I order it to be shipped I get a notice that shipping item is not available . I used to have item shipped please let me know why policy has changed. I really like item but can't always make it to store to pick it up.

So the bags are fine for what I use them for (general trash). They are thin, but I knew that before purchasing. THE issue is getting the darn things open! Both my wife and I have difficultiy opening the bags once out of the box. We have to rub the edges, sometimes for minutes before we finally get the edges to peel apart so we can get the darn things open.

I like the bags. I used to buy them all the time and order them all the time. you ship all the other bags. You used to ship these all the time. I had to go to your store, and you had all kinds so there no reason not to ship them after all that's what we pay the member ship for because it's hard to drive to concord when its eighty miles away.
