I have had it for several weeks now. It's a quality set. I put it together mostly by myself in the evenings after work. It took about 4 days. There are some times when a 2nd person is necessary. Also there are some times where the screws they provide almost seem too short. The roof assembly for instance needed an extreme amount of pressure put on for the screw to come through enough to thread the nut. But all in all it's a great set and I'm happy with the purchase.

This is a great playset. After our small wooden playset was destroyed by a tornado, we decided to upgrade to this one. It was just me putting it together so it took a while, but that's to be expected. Throughout the entire installation process I was impressed with the engineering and quality of materials. Now that it's up our boys love it! This thing will last forever, but if it didn't I would replace it with the same one.

Of course we couldn't wait for family help to assemble so my husband did the whole thing himself in the 90 degree heat. I helped hold things occasionally but it wasn't usually essential. It took about 12-15 hours I'd say and the directions are pretty good. Very sturdy even with very high swinging and adults playing, too.

They patiently waited on me, a customer, who was full of questions and changed his mind numerous times while making his purchase decisions. I highly recommend buying from them, paying to have them deliver, and have them do the install. I purchased a shed, a oversized patio box, and a play set. Lifetime here offered a wood base for the shed at cost which made it convenient to purchase with the other items. Three installers showed up and had the whole thing installed in short order. The grandkids love everything including grandpas shed which they think as their play house.

We bought this set for our grandchildren to play on when they come visit. We have seven ages 13, 12, 4, 4, 3, 16mo. and 1. It gets lots of use. A storm came through and lifted the set bending the fire pole upon landing. Even in the midst of this crazy pandemic this company not only replied to my email requesting a way to purchase a new pole....they are sending us a new pole at no charge!!! (By the way, turns out that storm not only lifted our playground but uprooted a giant magnolia tree from our neighbors yard a few acres back, it was a doozy). The kids all love playing on this set and we anticipate even the 1 year having many more years of play on it!

We recently moved cross country and packed it up to go with (our children practically live on this set). The mover unfortunately decided to dismantle the set and subsequently lost some parts. Outstanding job by Lifetime to provide replacement parts at no cost! This is an outstanding company that knows how to treat their customers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The instructions can be confusing at times. The anchor at the end is horrible. We could not get the metal rod out. It is protruding from the dirt and is a Hazzard. Some of the holes did not match and we had to drill new holes. Other than that the kids are enjoying it.

This a great play set for our children 1,4&6. The material is good quality and we set it up on the grass. We had to hire somebody to put it together which took 2 people over two days. It seemed too complicated for us, but we are not very handy. I think the kids will enjoy it for years to come. We also ordered a baby swing to replace the trapeze bar. The kids are very happy!

It's sturdy and fairly easy to put together. I did it by myself, a few hours a day, over a week. Kids love it. Some rusting here and there, but I'm pretty sure it will hold up for years to come. Kids love it. Customer service top notch. Missing few screws but they delivered quickly and friendly. A+++
