[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We finished assembling the tower on 10/25, and less than 8 weeks later, we see many small areas of rust. We thought it would be at least a year before we would see this much deterioration, so we are very disappointed, especially at this price point. We live in south eastMI, where it is not especially humid, so this seems like a quality issue. We reached out to customer care, but even with replacement parts, we'd have to take apart and reassemble ourselves with the same issue resurfacing two months later - not worth our time and efforts. Very disappointed in the quality.

This is the second lifetime swing set I have purchased. We had our last one for 7 years but left it when we sold our house as part of the buyers offer. It was still in great condition. Just bought this for our new house and its the only swing set brand I will ever own again. They are great, sturdy quality and truly last for many, many years. Worth every Penny! I hired a guy with construction experience. It took a single guy 10 hours to construct. It would probably take 2 men 5/6 hours. Watch a YouTube video, there is a lot of parts. But its play ground quality. My kids love it and it looks great. Strongly suggest...!

Great swing set, however be prepared that if you only have 2 people for it to take a day and a half to put together. Its worth it but it takes time.

Quality looking playset, but it was shipped without the floor which surprisingly is very important to finishing the build. So I have to wait now to get the floor so I can finish set up

Our grandkids love this. It took two people 10 hours to put up. All the holes had to be drilled through. They were not pre drilled so that was a pain. Lots and lots of parts. So although a bit difficult to put together the kids really love it. My grandson is 9 years old and loves it. My little nieces that are two years old and three years old. They love it as well. I love the slide because it is a large wider slide than most. The floor of the tower is great because it has a little city engraved in it that the kids could play with their cars on. Also, my 10-year-old grandson could stand in the tower and underneath the tower with no problem at all. That's initially what we were looking for a swingset for older kids. This way, we would have it for years to come and not have to worry about replacing it.

Great product, pretty easy to assemble with two people. The slide is really well made, very sturdy, we had my 8 yr old and 10yr old swinging at the same time and it barely moved around. The only negative i have is to change one page in the instruction book to really emphasize the importance of the metal base frame layout and the flooring in the tower so that everything is in line. we looked back to see if anything was said about that and wasn't. it took us 3 hrs to go back and fix the mistake and that's a lot of time wasted with three young children.

Play set was very well made and grandchildren love it. Only problem was when it was shipped had problems getting off the truck. The shipping crate is rather large and the only set one person with the truck to unload who had a very hard time unloading it.

This is a strong and sturdy playground! It was not the easiest to put together so you will definitely want a couple of helping hands. I gave 4 stars because of the rust that is already starting on multiple joints. Hopefully some rustoleum will help it make last. We have had it for 4 months.

This set is as strong as a playground in a public park.. it is strong enough for the Whole family including adults.. the natural tan and green looks great ! We are extremely satisfied with this purchase!
