The mattress was easy to take out of the package & immediately started to inflate. I left it for a few days to give it time to fully inflate & air out as it does have a chemical smell. It’s very soft, if you sit on the edge you will sink in. It feels as though it has a pillow top but you continue to sink in quite a bit. It didn’t aggravate any pressure points but it was much softer than I would expect for medium firmness. I prefer a firmer mattress but I do love the pillow-top feeling. Overall the mattress is nice for anyone who wants a soft mattress.

I’m no stranger to mattresses in a box and have always liked them. This one was no different. It is soft and firm at the same time and you lay comfortable without sinking into the mattress. It’s also allows you to lay down without disturbing anyone else as it doesn’t dip. Great mattress for sure and my nephew loves it he’s always had a traditional mattress and love this new one.

This is a great mattress! The medium feels like a true medium to me; I am a side sleeper and have been really comfortable the past week. The cooling top works well and I can tell I haven't been getting as hot at night. The mattress came rolled really well in a box and inflated to its final size within minutes! I still gave it 2 hours before making the bed per instructions. There was no weird smell to air out. Very easy to set up!

Omgosh! The most comfortable mattress ever! As as 70 yr old i never imagined getting a mattress in a box ..and one that is this superior! My husband and i slept on it the first night and we were both impressed and had a wonderful nights sleep. We will be replacing our current king size mattress with a Helix as this one is in our guest room! Give it a try....you wont be disappointed!

It’s a wonderful addition to my guest room. The mattress is firm yet soft. Set up was quick and easy. It took 24 hours ro fully come to life and not be weird due to it being folded in the box. One bad thing is sheets fit differently than expected

This mattress was so easy to set up! I just opened the box and removed the plastic and it got to its normal shape within minutes. It’s very soft but still supportive and doesn’t get too warm when you sleep on it.

This mattress was super comfortable and did not make me hot like most typical memory foam mattresses. I did not find myself sinking into this memory foam like most others as well. Plenty thick for a nice plush sleep.

I’ve tried other box mattress, this was easy to unwrap and NO weird smell first of all! This mattress is perfect! I do not feel myself much moving at night and it is very comfortable. If you like a firmer feel, this is the mattress for you!

Still amazed by a mattress being sold in a box. This mattress is so comfortable and feels like you are sleeping on a cloud. We especially loved the fact that it was easy to open up and get through our doorway.

Extremely easy to open and place on the bed frame. Really nice build quality and soft to the touch. Feels cool and has a lot of body support! I'd definitely recommend this to side and face down sleepers for sure.
