My daughter said it is like sleeping on a cloud, and she loves it. The mattress is surprisingly lightweight and it comes in a pretty compact box. I had no problem carrying it upstairs. Don't unwrap it until it is on the bed, though, because this thing expands fast - really fast! I laid it out flat on the bed and the moment I cut the sealed bag, it was almost fully inflated. The directions say to wait two hours before trying to sleep on it. The model I had is not very firm, so if you like plush mattresses, this one is good. If you have other firmness preferences, choose the specification carefully. The mattress is quite tall. It is on the bottom bunk of a bed that also has a top bunk and a trundle. It is too tall for the trundle to fit under the bottom bunk, and there could be a safety hazard on top because it will be almost as tall as the railing. Just be aware of where you need to put it.

I recently received a full size Helix Memory Foam Firm mattress. It is nice and comfortable. Perfect for my back issues. Firm enough, but not too firm. Its copper infused memory foam provides the right level of comfort. It doesn’t allow it to get too hot during my hot flashes. It was easily shipped via UPS. It arrived in one large box. All we had to do is remove it out of the box and removed the plastic and let the mattress expand on the box spring. I would highly recommend.

I've been sleeping on the Helix Elite mattress for a few weeks now, and I'm really happy with it. I'm a back sleeper, and the mattress provides the perfect balance of comfort and support. I was looking for a mattress for our guest bedroom and this is so much better than expected! First of all, this mattress came vacuum packed in a roll. It was so easy to move to our attic space but I had my doubts about how comfortable it would be. I followed the unpacking directions. It was super easy. It was like magic watching the mattress puff up and take shape. There was no chemical smell at all, which I worried about with a foam mattress. It seemed to be fully inflated within about 5 minutes but I let it sit for 24 hours before I moved it into the bedframe. It feels so solid but soft at the same time. I cannot believe how comfortable this mattress is!!! It’s literally perfect. Now I want to replace my own traditional mattress with one of these memory foam mattresses! Highly recommended.

This mattress is definitely a keeper. It turned my daughters, twin size bed into the perfect height. It makes her room look much more nicer and elegant. It also helps the comforters not drag and it is definitely very comfortable. It is not too firm nor too soft. The twin size bedsheets that we fit perfectly with no issues I would definitely purchase again for my other twin size bed. Definitely recommend.

This mattress is comfortable. It came in a small box that was delivered to my house. All I had to do was take it out of the box, take the wrapping off and unroll it. The mattress slowly expanded over the next two hours. Later that night I tested it out. I had a good night sleep. It was firm, but I was also able to sink into it a little.

I’m no stranger to mattresses in a box and have always liked them. This one was no different. It is soft and firm at the same time and you lay comfortable without sinking into the mattress. It’s also allows you to lay down without disturbing anyone else as it doesn’t dip. Great mattress for sure and my nephew loves it he’s always had a traditional mattress and love this new one.

Great mattress that is built very well. Comes in a box and is very easy to unpack and set on my bed. Took around 20 minutes for the bed to “inflate” and then took another day to get to full size. The quality is not only visible when you look at it but also when you lay on it. I ordered a medium, which is a little on the firm side. So if you are considering this mattress, get soft if you prefer medium and firm if you like extra firm!

Our mattress was delivered to our cabin in the Black Hills, delivery and timeliness was perfect. The mattress has a major flaw. One side is firm as ordered, the other side is not firm and collapses/sags when slept on. I will be contacting Sams regarding a return
