Been using this since house was new, and no problems to date with the water softener unit. Appears to leave less residue than I have seen with other units using sodium chloride. Softener unit is now 17 years old, and my RO unit seems to not clog easily.

Old softner went out so had to put in a new soft water system. With my health issues did some reading found Potassium Chloride was better for my high blood pressure and much healthier than the Sodium Chloride, had been using for years. Cost was higher, but use less bags and my wife and I love how it makes are skin feel. Morton had the best reviews and Sam Club had the best price.

Pricey, but good! I found Morton PC after reading reviews and have tried to use it exclusively for the last 5 years. Once or twice, I could not find Morton and had to use different brands. The other brands had visible flecks of dirt/debris. I can't say that it was an impact on the performance of my softener, but I prefer the cleaner product and have never had a problem with Morton.

Water softener requires we purchase sodium phosphate and Sam’s is less expensive on Morton brand.

Great price on a name brand!

These bags are heavy. Great to have them loaded into cart and into car. We just had to get them unloaded and stored. We are in our 70's and 80's. The price per bag is cheaper that Home Improvement chains and Water Treatment companies.

I have been using this product for several years and it's very heavy for me to lift without causing back pain. Now it's great to be able to order it online and have a Sam's associate load it into my car without my having to even come into the store.
