We have been a long time user of Kit & Kaboodle. We always recommended it as the favorite of all our cats, barn and house. Recently noticed that our cats are not consuming it like they once were. Indoor/outdoor cat has upchucked a few times recently. Seems more lethargic too. Took a better look at the product and it is different. Read some recent reviews and the very few purina responses do indicate a recent formulary change and not for the better. It was a good value as my cats always ate it up. I dont know what to try now. I

We have an army of cats. Seriously. House cats, barn cats, random cats that show up out of nowhere then leave.... they all love this food. Cats come from miles away just to eat this delicacy. We tried feeding a "fancy food" but some just weren't having it so we stuck with the classic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our cat really loves this stuff! She actually comes over and meows by the bag until I feed her. She never did that with the other brand we used. And her fur seems so much shinier and softer too. I'm very pleased with this. And the cost is superb too. There are other brands that cost more that don't even tempt my cat.

All 8 of my cats had Kit & Kaboodle before quite a few times and always the original.i got a 22 pound bag and a 11 pound bag.they had some of it last night.now all of them won't eat anything at all today.they all are very sick and throwing up all over my house and my furniture..I'm trying to take care of them but not easy when disabled.im praying nothing happens to any of them..I'm not very happy right now as they are my pets and. Love them very much.they can't even get up and move around.

Wow. My cats won't eat anything else but this cat food. They use to eat another brand but had to switch about 2 years ago and we ran out one day and had to borrow a little of a family members cat food and they wouldn't touch it. We got them their regular next day and mmmm mmm good Kit and kaboodle is the best

Great low cost! My cats have always had sensitive tummies and picky tastebuds. I've tried a few different brands to help them out and Kit & Kaboodle had led to less puking thankfully. All of the family cats eat it and a few even seem to have a glossier coat. I love the 30 pound sized bag as it allows be to go longer in-between shopping trips. Tl;dr happy kitties at a low cost = happy kitty mommy.

Within 10 days of feeding this to my cat it caused digestive problems and killed him. He was perfectly healthy. I did some research and within minutes found cases of this food causing illness or death, You offer to reimburse people for the cost of the food and vet bill but wont acknowledge that this is a problem. Number of cases vs profit = acceptable loss. Wish I had known hopefully others will read this and not lose their pet.

My 4 cats ate this food for a few years then they suddenly started getting horrible gas gas and having gastrointestinal issues alonh with diarrhea. We took them to the vet who confirmed its a reaction to the food. Once we switched to a different brand they stopped having issues. Wth did you do to the food Purina?

I have bought this brand for my cats for many years & never experienced this ever in all these years with this product. Today I reached into the cat food bag (Kit & Kaboodle (which is now half gone ) with the plastic scoop to get food to refill my cats food bowl & I pulled out a 4 & 1/2 inch peice of glass out of the middle of the bag of dry cat food !!! I'm so confused & worried that I might have fed my cats glass if there is any smaller peices mixed in there that I don't see....I always keep their food bag clipped completely closed right after I fill their bowl & I am the only one that feeds them. The bag is half way gone now :( my 3 cats have already eaten half the bag...so now I don't know what they have really eaten after finding glass mixed in the food ???? My cats really like this food too....I recommend it for that reason. I really hope this never happens again.
