Outside cat's don't like it much

The outside cats where I live eat garbage and mice, but won't eat this unless it's the last resort. Looking at the ingredients I can see why, grains are the first 3 ingredients, followed by an extremely low quality byproduct meal. This is clearly the bottom end food, makes better blue jay feed tbh.
