This is all my cat has eaten for 12 years. Won't even eat the seafood flavor if I accidentally buy it. This last bag I purchased is not the same. It doesn't even smell the same. Almost smells stale. She hasn't touched it in 3 days.

Have used Kit and Kaboodle for many years, all of a sudden my cats refuse to eat it. Has there been a formula change? What am I supposed to do with 13lbs of food I paid for that they won't eat?

What did you do?!? My cats would only eat kit & kaboodle for 15 years, now all of a sudden they won't touch it! I am going to have to find a new cat food now, ugh!!

The most recent bags of kit n kaboodle that I bought looked very different, normally my cats, 42 of them, love it. Now they won't touch it. So I have 120 pounds of unusable cat food, my cats are very disappointed. They used to love it so much.

The recent bag I purchased the "X" pieces were much darker. Obviously the formula changed because now all my cats will not eat it at all. Will have to throw out an entire 20 lb. bag.

After starting my cats on this, I noticed their feces changed to a red color similar to the food. They did not have this issue when eating other brands. We are going to be switching back

We have been buying this cat food for our cats for many years. I recently bought a 22 lb bag and our cats will not touch it. The pieces are smaller and look different in color. I don't know what was changed but please change it back.

Both cats stopped eating this and have eaten it for years.. don't know what you changed but sou da like it's going to devastating to your loyal customers.

I just bought a 22lbs bag that has to go on the trash. It looks completely different why change what was working I'll give it one more day then I'm switching food brands very disappointing.

My cats used to love this food and I have purchased 2 bags and they smell it and walk away. You have lost a customer as I found a food they both love, very poor job in communication Purina, gives your name a black eye!!!
