We are sooo pleased with this playset and my son and his friends are always playing on it non stop anytime they can. Love it!!!

So far our children love it. Only time will tell if it's as great as our rainbow set that we left behind when we moved.

Please specify species of wood you use and the type of stain or sealer you use. I own the set and I dont know what wood or protection my set has.

It would be nice to ship a couple of extra screws in case of loss or in my case, I stripped the head of one and had to go shopping for 1 3

The only drawback is that the directions are not as easy to follow as they are made out to be. The customer service department is wonderful!

I was impressed with the quality of the hardware and wood. The directions were straight forward and easy to understand.

Very good material, praying that it holds up for my children's childhood. Hope this help make great memories.

Some of the directions are incorrect which delayed the assembly of the product. Overall, easy to assemble and all the parts were there.

took my husband 6 hours with very few problems.grandkids played on it the same day it went up and loved it.
