Great playset, easy assembly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just finished assembling this today and our kids love it. The instructions were easy to understand and it went together pretty quickly. My mother, husband, and I put it together while watching kids, working from home, etc. in about 4 afternoons. My only complaint is that I wish the hardware had been labeled. We went through and wrote labels for each bag of hardware and that took a little while, but knowing what was what made assembly go much faster.

Great Swing Set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my first Outing Swing Set for my Granddaughter. I felt she needed a place to play without us having to sanitize, due to present conditions. We are very happy with our purchase. My Granddaughter spends hours out there playing & getting us all out in the back to play with her.

Great playset for the price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this set for our kids ranging in age from 2-6 and are hoping to get 10 plus years of use out of it. We liked that it was compact in size, yet had a lot of great features for the kids to enjoy. The extra features like the rock wall, steering wheel, and telescope really bring it to life for the kids. I was impressed with the instructions and the relative simplicity to assemble the playset. I had one issue with one of the boards that required a large pilot hole to be drilled. Otherwise, everything went together nicely. I thought the boards might be a little more heavy duty, but the set seems to be solid overall. I was impressed with the quality of the swings, trapeze bar and slide.

Great playset

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in May and got it put up finally in July 2020. Our son and niece love it. He's almost 3 and will have plenty of time to grow into it. It's a great addition to our backyard. It took some time to put together because of all the pieces but the instructions are very well written and the lumber and hardware is well identified. We love the purchase!

Worth the $$$

i bought this playset and it was delivered within a few days!! it is great for the kids. it took about 8 hours to build and that was with 3 people helping so plan on an all day project. the only difficult part was i wish there was an easier way to label all the wood. they use this long number/letters on each board and it takes time fig out if you have the correct piece.

Kids like it, parents like it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We assembled this 2 weeks ago and its good. Assembly went pretty well, although 2 weeks ago we did my neighbors and his had assembly instructions on a great app - BILT. This one seems more stable (better footing) that his. Also his had about 80% predrilled holes, and this one had about 90% predrilled so that helps. But it seems pretty solid. I was impressed that of all those lightweight cedar boards, we didn't have any split on us. It is strange that the monkey bars don't allow kids to enter the upper area of the play set per the instructions, probably for safety or liability. So anyhow I modified mine to remove those pickets so that the kids could get into there from the monkey bars.

Good Playset

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this delivered a few days ago and went through all of the pieces to make sure they were there. Unfortunately one piece was missing, still waiting to hear back from the company on a replacement piece, luckily it wasn't a crucial board to the structure of the playset. Directions were fairly easy to follow and the labeling of all the boards was good. Wasn't a fan of how the bolts were seemingly thrown together in random bags that didn't make sense. Once I reorganized all of the bolts myself the process went along quicker. The overall structure is nice and solid, kids love it already, just wish there would have been a little better organization of the hardware.

Kids love it... but what a build.

So I built this myself, covid alone style. I'm pretty handy, but the task is daunting at first once you start opening the packages. Anyway, I would suggest reading the intro parts of the directions (which I skipped). There they explain important things like how the bolts may actually look different than in the pictures, where the board labels are.. etc. so after fiddle messing around for at least an hour, I finally found the lumber and hardware for step one. This took me approximately two days to build on my own. By the start of day 2 I had enough assembled that the kids could play around on it while I did the finishing touches like the roof, etc. once I actually organized all boards with the labels facing out on my bench it went much smother. I skipped ahead in the directions and put the slide and rock wall on before other steps so the kids could play with that. They did a great job with the directions and diagrams . Oh and I spend at least 30 minutes looking through my things for a square bit, but then realized they provided one..... like they said in the directions I didn't read at first. So I would read them. The final bolt was too short to finish the darn thing, but that was my fault. I had to go through the entire set and did find a bolt that was too long that I must have put in accidentally . Swapped em out and it was all good. It's a big task, but doable if you have the time!
