If you're familiar with on the border chips, I feel like you know what to expect from this? I will say that while they're a little on the oily side and they tend to cause acid reflux more than some healthier alternatives, I do like them a lot more than some cheaper alternatives. And I love the ratio of chipped to salt. Unfortunately as is common with on the border chips, they tend to be at least halfbroken, and this is even more prevalent in the varieties you can purchase at Sam's club. I don't know if it's due to the size of the bag or if it's just how haphazardly Sam's Club stocks their shelves, I'm going to guess it's the ladder not the former, as the bags are always properly aerated to prevent that breakage, but I do always find them crushed in huge pallets at Sam's club. I picked the best bag I could find out a lot and probably 75% of it had cracked chips. Is that the end of the world? No, because you can't fit the whole chip in your mouth anyway. But is it a sign that Sam's Club needs to watch their quality control? Absolutely. Yes.

I love,love,love these chips!they are considered an essential item in my house hold! Sometimes we change it up and get the thins but they can't always hold up to bean dips, queso, and fresh salsa! The Cafe Style almost have a buttery ness to them! And with the price for this huge bag,you can't go wrong!

Only chip choice for dips in our 🏡.Was going to On the Border Bar and Grill for Chile Rellanos in Midland Texas before the chips were a thing.Proper poblamo delights.Namesake chips not bad at all.These are firmer than tostitoes. No silly holes to end up crumbs in bag.Consistant product. Great for recipes.Particularly, old school bean and real cheese nacho based creation. Do not burn easily like other brands.

This is my absolute favorite tortilla chip brand! The chip is delicious, salty and holds a great dip like the brands salsa or queso or homemade buffalo dip. This chip doesnt get soggy as quickly as other brands and makes a great starter for baked nachos.

Huge bag for the price. I don't know how they do it. The grocery store will charge the same amount for a bag about half the size of this one. Plus the flavor on these chips are some of the best for dipping. Grandkids love them with salsa or cheese sauce.

4 stars for taste, texture, freshness, but 3 stars on size too big (more easily broken in the bag... lots of bits on the bottom) and 3 stars on how many chips are folded or otherwise contorted... If chips were about 2/3 their present size and manufacturing process was more carefully controlled to produce 90% or so flat or only slightly curved chips, I'd rate them 5 Stars

We looked forward to receiving our giant bag of tortilla chips. What we ended up receiving was a bag full of fragments of badly broken chips. Other than perhaps two dozen whole chips, the remainder of the large bag were simply fragments too small to dip in salsa. I am very disappointed.
