The base is easy open and the flavor is of cinnamon. The ingredients are natural and the effectivity is amazing help in the sugar nivels. The price is excelent.

I added this to my routine and I didnt notice a huge difference in my numbers, at least not enough to say that this had any effect in helping with blood sugar control. I can’t say if it worked or not but it didn’t do anything bad and I had no noticeable side effects from taking this. I personally wouldn’t buy this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product helps lower your blood sugar I’m not sure if it worked for me as I’m not a diabetic it does have a weird aftertaste however I did notice that it helped me not crave sugar as much so I will take that as a plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thus far I haven't noticed any effectiveness but I was surprised at the dosage of so many pills and times per day. The taste wasn't anything detectable for me, which I imagine is because I like cinnamon and consume it multiple times a day with regular meals. The pill scent and content appearance was pleasant in that way - a fun cinnamon look and smell. This set of attributes made the product friendlier to me.
