[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have these to my husband who is diabetic. He’s tried them for a couple days. He said after he eats he feels a little bit better with these, but it’s not a fool proof. We like that they are filled with all natural ingredients. We won’t be buying these in the future though. They might be beneficial to someone who is pre diabetic.

Being on several prescriptions, I go every 3 months for blood work. My A1C got to be 6.5, putting me at diabetic range. I brought it down naturally the following time, but only a fraction. I found these at Sam's Club and decided to try them. Started with 3/day. If I didn't eat as well as I should, I took 3 twice a day. My last lab work was almost a whole point lower. My doctor said my labs were great. I referred these to a friend; hoping to see how their results come out. Would definitely recommend. Hopefully Sam's Club continues to carry them. I usually only take 3 per day when eating fairly healthy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was immediately intrigued by Nature’s Way Blood Sugar Manager. My insulin has been high lately so I thought maybe this could help. I won’t know until my next blood work, but I will say, the amount you have to take each day is a lot. The bottle recommends 3 capsules twice a day. That’s 6 pills. I already have a lot of vitamins, supplements, and meds I take daily. I don’t know if adding 6 more is worth it. Not to mention, there’s only 90 in the container. Which seems like a lot until you realize how many you need a day and that it’s actually only a 15 day supply. However, they are easy to swallow and don’t have a bad taste.

Seems to help when unexpected food choices are presented, to bring glucose levels back into range, good management tool to have .

Love this product, great for supporting stable blood sugar levels and reducing cravings, and it's improves energy levels. It has a six herb blend cinnamon, gymnema, and fenugreek which is praised for quality.

I had got the old bottle that had prickly pear instead of ginger. Then it has gelatin in it now. I have to find the old ones or change to another company. So many brands changing stuff for the worst. Please change it back . Please. I really liked the old formula. It works. It really do.
