Update is no good

The updated product is a poor fit, and very uncomfortable. It feels rough, hard and chafes. I will be returning the box and forced to switch to the much more expensive name brand since I cannot use this.

Would never buy again

I normally use Tena, but these were much cheaper. They fit like high ruse underwear. They were not very absorbent. If I start to leak it runs over the sides and down my legs. Wasted my money. Back to Tena…

Product is good quality. The problem, if they don't have it in stock, it costs an additional $8 for shipping, for plus members. It's the same will all of their orders reqiring shipping. I'm not sure how much for regular memberships.

Bad choice

Poorly made, uncomfortable design feel like wearing a thong. The pad is thinner and non absorbent leaks. I returned these, would rather pay more than being embarrassed in public

Regrettably, you changed a great item. Your new product leaks, rips more easily and not as comfortable. You obviously didn’t get feedback from your current and loyal customers before changing the product.

First time buyer...will not buy again

I purchased these for my mom based on the almost five stars rating. My mistake was not reading the recent reviews. They are way too small, not what she expected. Will go back to Tena or some of the other brands. Will return them tomorrow.

Another Change for the worse

WHY WHY WJY? do companies insist on making changes that are NOT needed. The old design worked and were moderately comfortable. These new ones are too small and leak up the back. I am beyond upset. Bring back the old ones.

New sizes run very small

I'd been buying S/M for my Mom and they were perfect. I bought size M in this new style and they barely fit her. They don't stretch like the old style and she said they are uncomfortable. I do not recommend this product.

NOT Mediums

These are NOT mediums. They are SMALL size. If you have a 31 inch waist, they will be very very tight. Any bigger waist, good luck. The old ones were actually mediums. I'll be looking elsewhere next time.
