Cannot download the Spectrum TV app

Does not natively support the Spectrum TV App! You have to use an external device to watch Spectrum TV such as a roku or cable box. Their homescreen is also bloated with things you cannot remove or disable. Going back to Samsung because they do support it.

Great TV Easy Set-Up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great TV. Not for high speed sports or intense gamers but for a nice large TV, we are very pleased. Very good value, set up was easy and what wasn't easy, google took care of very quickly. Highly recommended and really nice picture!

No screen off with YouTube

Love the TV as well asmy b2 but cannot recommend LG anymore as with the last update I can no longer watch YouTube premium with screen off . Big deal breaker for me as I used to like listening to YouTube with screen off going to sleep.

You have to purchase the magical remote

You have to purchase an additional remote in order for Alexa to work. Not only that you have to turn on a flashlight or room light to operate the remote

Not happy

Display in store looks different from the TV I purchased. In addition, the TV doesn't work with Google home (it has the basic chromacast functionality only) so I lost functionality that I had with my 3-4 year old Vizio (for which the Google home connection was almost seamless). It looks like a good deal but in reality they are just dumping a product that is not to par to a TV from 4 years ago.
