[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Chefman dual fryer! Having the ability to fry 2 separate foods at the same time is so awesome! I love the strainer as it takes out the leftover particles from cooked food leaving the oil clean and ready for the next use. We use this while camping and it was such a huge hit at the beach! My favorite surprise was it having a lid. It isn’t really clear on the box that it has a lid but it does and it’s just great!

(Make sure to read the instructions, as the timer dial needs to be on for the fryer to turn on) It didn't take long for the oil to heat up. I made fresh walleye and onion rings. The fryer cooked everything evenly and it only took a few minutes. The deep fryer is so easy to take apart and clean up! That is one of the main features I look for in a deep fryer.

There's a timer on it so you have full control. It doesn't take much space either. As with any deep fryer, you have to put a lot of cooking oil in it and afterwards, got to find a place to dispose it. It does splatter when it's cooking, so make sure you have some sort of cover on it. I recommend it overall but just understand that it takes a good amount of cooking oil and you have to figure out where to dispose the oil.

Now I can cook all my favorite fried foods at home for less than at events and gatherings. I love that the divider allows you to cook different things together. The setup easy, we did chicken strips and fries first, really like that there is a double basket so you can do different foods and keep them separate. The lid/cover is awesome to keep the mess down. All the parts are easy to clean, especially when its dishwasher safe. The temps seem consistent and the food comes out tasting great. We love it.
